I recently visited Dr. Kayastha due to severe numbness in my left arm. Upon explaining my issue to her, I was impressed by her proactive approach and thorough explanation of the possible causes behind my condition. Unlike many doctors who might simply prescribe stronger painkillers, Dr. Kayastha went above and beyond by providing me with excellent care. She not only diagnosed the reason behind my numbness but also made me feel valued as a patient throughout the process. Her professionalism and genuine concern stood out, and she gained my trust and respect. I wholeheartedly recommend her excellent service and recommend her for the great experience I had under her care.

She listens, very knowledgeable , I liked her bedside manner very much. She called me herself with my blood work results and offered a good care plan.

Dr. Kayastha has always shown concern for myself and my personal needs. She's always very thoughtful and considerate. Since Dr. Kayastha has been my doctor, I wouldn't want to change anything. Dr. Kayastha is kind, she gives her patients her undivided attention and has the greatest bedside manner of any doctor that I have ever had.

Dr. Kayastha has been my PC for quite a few years now - taking over for Dr. Parikh. I have been a patient with MAOM since they open their practice 20 years ago. She is very thorough, takes her time with exams, asks questions about my overall well being, listens to me, and makes sure that there is a plan in place until my next appointment. She follows up when tests are done to make sure I understand the results. She is encouraging when I'm doing things right (like losing excess weight and exercising). I recommend her (and the entire MAOM doctors and staff) to anyone. They run a very good practice.

Shital Kayashtha clinic cheated us. I took my wife for the physical annual on July and lady on the counter clearly stated its physical annual and everything is covered in your insurance and you do not have to pay anything. They took her blood sample and we visited another week, Doctor recommended her vitamin shot because she had vitamin deficiency and I asked is it covered in the insurance and she said however its physical annual so everything will be covered do not worry. I received $125 bill in Nov and ask me to pay due bill $125 and when I called doctor office, Manager told me you came for regular visit its not physical annual and in your visit it’s your copay $30. First copay when we came for blood sample $30, another $30 when we came for blood report and $65 they charged vitamin shot, Total $125 Manager is now saying you did not come for physical annual because we were not allowing physical annual patent on that time and she insisted Doctor would never tell such thing. Basically, saying I am lying. Why will I go for regular visit for blood test If I have free coverage as annually physical in our insurance. However, I have paid the $125 bill as I was getting call from billing department to clear the due. Its totally wrong its our hard-earning money and paying insurance premium every month. If Kayashtha clinic has CCTV camera, They can see us the day I visited and where I repeatedly ask ” PHYSICAL ANNUAL” it should be free. They can see it. Its totally cheat and I am totally disappointed with the service and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. They are very sweet when you visit them, and you will get surprised later.
