This is an update to a previous review: my husband went to Dr. Zeitels office for a minor procedure and was treated very well. Dr. Zeitels took the time to explain to my husband what would be done and the procedure went smoothly. There was a misunderstanding that I was able to discuss with Dr. Zeitels and his staff. They went to great lengths to resolve the issue with kindness and understanding of mine and my husband’s situation. I was extremely impressed by their commitment to customer service and to ensure their patients are taken care of, while showing honesty and integrity. I would recommend this practice to others and if needed in the future will go back to Dr. Zeitels.

After a work-related injury to my thumb, Dr. Jerrold Zeitels performed same day, emergency surgery, splinting a broken finger tip bone, repairing a damaged cuticle bed, and stitching, both internally and externally, multiple deep lacerations on my thumb. Working in such a small area that had suffered a lot of damage shows his skill as a surgeon. I am so grateful for the excellent care and attention this soft-spoken doctor provided. I could read the compassion and concern in his eyes over his mask (I was a patient during the COVID pandemic). He always answered my many questions while advising me in detail on the care and recovery of my thumb. When you are injured you want a doctor like Dr. Zeitels. PS - His staff is wonderful (!) as well . . . his Medical Coordinator gave me so much help AND even ran back into the office after closing hours to answer my phone call. From the office staff to the nursing staff - they are excellent!

Dr. Zeitels is a one of the most thorough and compassionate doctors and people I have ever met. He treats my elderly father with respect and always is available to answer questions and has helped us more than I can say. His kindness is unparalleled and his staff makes you feel at ease. We are blessed to have him in our lives!

Dr. Zeitels is a fantastic plastic surgeon- I had an emergency situation and he repaired my hand perfectly! Not to mention his staff and office personnel were a pleasure to deal with.
