The wait time was short, the doctor's visit was informative and efficient, and I left with assurance that my condition would clear up.

While she may be knowledgeable, Dr. Tran was also abrupt bordering on impatient. I felt like all she wanted to do was get me out of her office even though I was there only about 10 minutes tops. Her behavior was disappointing and surprising as my experiences with other doctors at the Westwood office were professional, polite and pleasant.

I've been to other optometrists in other practices around the area and Dr. Tran is the best one I've had! She is professional, trustworthy, and reliable. Dr. Tran genuinely cares for you as her patient and does an exceptional job!!

If all is fine, Dr. Tran is fine. My son had no issues with his contacts and she was efficient My experience, however, was more complicated in that it was difficult to find lenses that fit. What earlier appeared to be efficiency by Dr. Tran, was now displayed as inconvenienced even annoyed. Phone calls were not returned, even to say your case is complicated so please come in for an appointment. Dr. Bianchi was highly recommended; I guess that doesn't transfer to the entire practice.
