Dr. Patricia Klein’s office staff member, Linda Lee, called to cancel my 84 year old father’s essential appointment for Parkinson’s as he has greatly declined in his mobility in recent months. She was cold and unprofessional in how she characterized COVID-19. Their office may have problems dealing with the virus. They don’t even offer virtual appointments. And, she wouldn’t let me talk to Dr. Klein. Absolutely awful!

Dr. Klein is very easy to talk to, compassionate and understanding. she also never makes you wait very long for an appointment.

Dr. Klein has very poor bedside manner. Her methods are outdated and she clearly does not know how to treat TBI. She is rude, nasty, speaks by rote, and not personable at all. I had to fire her from my Mother's care. I do not recommend her at all!! She needs to stop pretending to practice. She does not listen to patients!

Dr. Klein is very easy to talk to, and (from my experience) treats patients with respect. She is a very caring doctor, and has been extremely helpful to me. I have been seeing her for several years.
