Dr Chin is an outstanding physician. He provided cataract surgery nearly ten years ago and minor laser surgery this week. He is extremely open and communicates clearly. He inspires confidence. I highly recommend Dr.Chin.

I just got off the phone, and I have to write to share my wonderful experience with this office! The receptionist, Grace, embodied empathy, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. I needed to make a last-minute change to my mother's appointment as my mother, who is elderly and disabled, was not feeling well enough to go to her appointment. Grace completely understood my request, assuring me that her first concern was my mother's well-being. It is a busy practice with appointments booking well in advance (as much as a year), so her understanding, kindness, and willingness to rebook the appointment are greatly appreciated. My family members have been patients of Dr. Chin's for years, as he is a truly dedicated doctor. Thank you, Westwood Ophthalmology, for creating an outstanding practice that puts the patient first!

After years spending money in useless home cleaning apparatus, Pat was able to recommend perfect solutions to help me clean my home and save valuable time. My favorite piece of equipment is the Norwex Mop. The easy-to-use Mop does the job in 1 sweep/Mop and leaves my wooden floors looking new. I even have my husband nowadays doing my floors regularly since the handle is adjustable/light and has an excellent grip for large men. Thank you, Pat, for sharing time-saving and amazing product. You probably have saved my marriage! = )

Not about Dr. Chin per se’. Mostly, the facts surrounding our never getting to meet him. My wife and I had a 9 am appointment. We had been the only patients in the waiting area upon arrival. Then, from the aggressive desk staff, to the technician’s overall lack of tact and finesse, to the mystery hour wait after he had left, the presentation was amateur at best if not grossly and offensively arrogant. When quietly informing the desk staff of our decision to leave, their prevailing affect was in no way one of concern. No one so much as attempted any sort of explanation. They had actually seemed mildly amused. This is perhaps the third review I had ever written and the only one that did not describe a glowingly positive experience. That morning, however, the three - four people we had interacted with seemed unabashedly determined to present the culture of Westwood Ophthalmology Associates as one of self righteous, vulgar, classless overindulgence.

Just had cataract surgery at Surgicare of Oradell, NJ with Dr. Chin. From start to finish my experience was excellent. The technicians, nurses and doctors were exemplary. The nurses put me at ease and Dr. Chu, the anesthesiologist made my experience one might say,"delightful" Dr. Chin, explained everyrthing he was doing and provided "vocal local" anesthesia as well. No pain and today, the day after I can actually see distance with my operated on eye. I cannot wait two weeks for the second eye to be afforded a similar experience. kudos to all.

Waiting one hour and 15 min past appointment time is disrespectful of patients and not apologizing is unprofessional. Where is the office manager? Asked to speak to her three times and ignored. Not returning
