THIS IS A PILL MILL! THEY KEEP THE APPOINTMENTS 10 MINUTES THEN SHORT YOU PILLS 1-2 EVERY FEW MONTHS. MARYANN, KIM AND JEAN SELL CLEAN URINE TEST FOR GIFT CARDS OR SPARE PILLS THEN TREAT YOU LIKE A COMMON DRUG ADDICT!

The staff made it impossible to schedule my EMG. Overall this was a terrible experience.

I had to get an EMG. When I made my appointment they said they would do the prior authorization. I went for the test, my insurance company denied payment because the did not get the prior authorization. Someone named Kim said its not their job. the insurance company says the office needed to do that and wont pay. They will not return calls and gave me the number for the billing department that never answers. I called my insurance company and asked then to take this office off of the preferred provider list. This place is organized and rude.

Doctor should have determined cause of pain before sending to therapy as it turned out to be much more serious than a simple muscle injury. Is good about phone calls.
