I've seen her several times when my usual doctor (in the same office) was unavailable. I think she's wonderful, explains everything and takes her time. There's no sense of being rushed. Also, she makes me totally comfortable and answers every question I come up with. She's a very positive person. I switched over to her from my usual doctor in that practice.

If I could give negatives stars I would. I used to see Dr Micheal Harris for my eyes and unfortunately (may he Rest In Peace) he passed away. Coreen has since taken over for him... To summarize my experience, I have a condition that prohibits me to wear a mask. All establishments have to obey these regulations for people with conditions and these regulations are put in place by the DOJ - HIPPA and ADA - breaking this is upward of a $175k fine. These regulations help people like me so we are not denied service due to preexisting conditions. Although we are living in unprecedented times, every doctor and established I have been to since this pandemic have never given me an issue in regards to my inability to wear a mask... Unfortunately I cannot say the same about Coreen, not only did she deny me and try to force me to wear a mask, she raised a ruckus in the office for all to see. I have reported her to the DOJ and hopefully if you are reading this and you do have a condition that prevents you wearing a mask, you will know to skip this practitioner all together (and not waste 45 mins driving as I did). Also - to add - I was even willing to place a cover over my face in the moments I would be face-to-face with the staff/doctor (even though I am not supposed to as advised by my doctor). Situations like this can be life threatening to many and should not be overlooked. It is unacceptable. I have never in my life been treated or discriminated against like this. To take away someones rights and refuse to service someone based on their health conditions (or a disability) is the most vile thing one can do to another and it is more importantly *illegal.* May you reap all you sow Dr. Coreen. My family has been going to Livingston Eyes for 40 years and now we will no longer patients.
