I appreciate dr. Cervantes, I know I can call his office anytime and someone will call me back if I have a problem. I have made appointments last minute when I had something going on and they would take the time and try to squeeze me in if it was an emergency. The girls in his office and he and his PAs have always helped me with any problem I had they would listen to me. I have been going to him at least six years now and I would recommend Dr. Cervantes 100%. I’m so glad I found his office and him. Thank you Dr. Cervantes, and office staff!
Love Dr. Cervantes so much . I’m so grateful for him he has helped me through so many hard points in my life with my mental health. The one negative thing about the office is that it is hard to get in contact to make an appointment.
It was my first time visit and all the staff were highly professional and very helpful/nice to me they are right on top of things. Dr. Cervantes is a excellent caring Doctor, he went out of his way to explain my health to me and got back to me right away and excellent bedside manners/Very Professional. I would highly recommend Doctor Cervantes
I have no complaints about the actual healthcare professionals in the practice. HOWEVER, I have lots of problems with the office overall. I call them Dr. Nonresponsive. For example - pharmacy requests refill for one of my meds. Four days later, nothing. Crickets. So I call and leave a not so friendly message on the phone that is never answered by a human. That got a response. And I told the girl I'd already handled it by asking my cardiologist to call in the script instead. If you want to actual to a phone consultation, or a virtual consultation, or even make an appointment, my experience has been you call, wait, wait, call again, wait, and finally someone returns your call. When their recording says if it is a urgent call, dial 911, they aren't kidding. It may be the only way to get someone's attention.
Staff up front is right on top of things. Doctor is so amazing. So caring takes the time to listen to you and explain things to you. Such a happy and caring man and I'm so glad I found him. Anybody looking for a great physician he's the best in my book. You rock doctor. Thank you for coming into my life.
Something needs to be done about whiting medical associates in whiting NJ. It seems to me that they just left me hanging and didn't want to be bothered. I also went to the lab several times but they would not give me my medical records either.
Doctor is great. however, I wish he had a private practice as Whiting Medical is very hard to deal with.
I like Dr Cervantes, He spends a lot of time with you, what i dislike is no one answers the telephones in the office
Dr. Cervantes really takes the time to listen. He is a very caring and kind doctor. His staff are also very nice and considerate. Calls are always returned and followed up. Many of our friends also see Dr. Cervantes and feel the same.
No problem with the doctor, but Barnabas Health Medical Group billing is an absolute nightmare. I made payments online in November and May. Neither was credited to my account. Sent emails (3) including bank statement, made phone calls (3). A month later, the issue is not resolved. Representative told me there was nothing she could do and anyone else I contact will only tell me to call them. ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
