Excellent. I felt very confident that he really listened and considered what I told him before evaluating my condition. Regarding the staff: The tech or nurse who did the intake info was excellent. The receptionist at the front desk , though, left something to be desired as the first contact for treatment.

Very nice place, professional upon entry. Each staff worker was warm and compassionate, and really made me feel like they felt bad that I was sick and had sympathy. Got a proper doctor's note with no issues, one of the best doctors office visits I've probably had in my adult life. I must stress the professionalism and attitudes of the female staff. It was a breath of fresh air.

I am new to the Whiting Manchester area. I've been seeing Dr Dalal for several months. Love him, on Sunday, May 7 I needed to be seen. I called and was told as long as I'm here by 1:15 I will be seen. And I made sure that I was here before 115, I arrive and Olivia The nurse practitioner refused to see me because she was too busy. Mind I was the only person in the waiting room and there was one person being seen so it's not like it was really busy. To deny me urgent care services because of your poor time management is not appropriate. I chose this provider because of the urgent care on the weekends. I am very busy and unable to make most doctors appointments during the week and that's why I chose this provider I am literally disappointed and very upset with the way this Olivia nurse practitioner is handling the urgent care. I will be making a formal complaint. There's no reason to deny me services there's nobody waiting to be seen and I was here before closing in ample time to be seen. I'm really disgusted.

Without an appointment, I was seen, which was great. Dr. Dalal always takes his time to cover everything. I have never felt rushed or disappointed. He truly seems to care about me. I attended many visits to see him with my elderly mother in law and he was gentle, attentive, and caring with her. I have recommended Dr. Dalal to friends, and they are all satisfied.
