Absolute trash of a medical practice. I’ve seen people work harder when I pick up my burger in a drive thru than the people who work at at this office. Cannot wait to get out of here

Dr. Costa is the best! One of the few remaining really GREAT Docs left. Unfortunately most Doctors dont take the time needed to get a full background. They just begin treating the symptoms.Not Dr. Costa! He treats you the Patient, and the illness. He also Listenens!

This might be the ONLY time ive ever written a review on Google. Literally the only person keeping this place in business is Jenn Burrows the PA. I swear to god. I've been going to this place for YEARS. When I order my medications it takes them no less than 2 weeks for the nurses to change my prescription if it was rejected by my insurance company. You will wait for hours before an appointment, it's overall horrible customer service. The front desk acts as if it's your fault whenever theres an error...which there is. Every. Single. Time. Once had to wait 2 MONTHS for a new prescription. And this was after calling almost 3x times a week. Noone touches base with you, and the place is extremely dissorganized.As I'm typing this I'm sitting in the waiting room...waiting for them to change my prescription AGAIN..I've been here for an hour already due to their screwup. Getting my records and leaving for good.

Dr.COSTA IS THE MOST COMPASSIONATE AND EMPATHETIC HUMAN BEING I KNOW.HE SPENDS TIME AND LISTENS TO YOUR MEDICAL AS WELL AS PERSONAL ISSUES.VERY HIGH DEGREE OF MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE AND MOST RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN THE MEDICAL HEALTH COMMUNITY.MY FAMILY AND I HAVE HAD AN APPROXIMATELY 30 YEAR RELATIOSHIP WITH DR. COSTA AND WILL CONTINUE OUR RELATIOSHIP AS LONG AS WE EXIST.GREATEST THANKS DR. COSTA AND FAMILY.

Worst experience ever with lab work. Would never recommend this facility. No bed side mannerisms. When asked to come back for blood work, The phlebotomist asked "you bloodwork". I felt like I was being treated like a third grader by a third grader doing the work. The tech was unsuccessful and could not communicate any necessary Instructions to aid in the process.

Doctors are really good been going here for the past 25 years. The staff behind the counter on the other hand are garbage. The past couple of years the people they’ve been hiring should be fired. I’ve went to three different doctors that need referral over the past five years and every time my referral was never sent over and I had to fight through voicemails and hold while at my appointment for the referral.

What's the sense of having an on-call doctor, when the Operator doesn't even pick up. All I needed was an antibiotic for an infection in my mouth, chills, earache and fever. I wasn't about to go the ER, pay $80., then, an additional 20%. I called 3 times and got disconnected after 20 mins. REALLY????!!!!

Quick appointments, great doctor's, nurses, medical assistants. They arent up to date on processing military referrals and in need of equipment and office updates.

Got lied to about taking allergy shots. Wound up on my credit. Doctor didn't do a very thorough exam. In it just to gouge the insurance company.
