I have been seeing Dr. Millstein for nearly four years and I cant imagine a more comforting or helpful primary physician. He explains what needs to be detailed. He has a calm relaxed demeanor but he has an allotted time to spend with each followup patient. I appreciate that he keeps to his schedule and is on time almost every time Im there.

Dr. Millstein is a wonderful doctor very sweet and caring. He has a wonderful bedside manner and I have always felt comfortable with him. He has wonderful nurses who always greet you with a smile. Unfortunately though his office staff are ALL rude and ignorant. Starting with the receptionist she is rude and ignorant. She is horrible to deal with if you call to make an appointment she immediately cuts you off and throws you into a voice mail. The girls in the office have no compassion for patients that do not feel good they will tell you off in a blink of a light. My most recent problem with them was when there was an issue with a referrel to another doctor I was seeing. They got rude with the office staff and had a fight on the phone with them while I was there for a visit This kind of behavior has caused me to leave Dr.Millstein along with some other friends and family who feel the same way. I do not recommend anyone dealing with his office unless he fires all his staff and hires new. In that case I may just come back
