I just wanted to say that the initial service that I got today was excellent the person that waited on me was Noel. They were training another guy in the system but no one alerted Noel that she had to do something a certain way I didn't say anything but this is my review. If you don't tell someone how you want something done you can't judge them and if you're not constantly giving them a 30-day training session then how can it stick. Giving someone new direction on a new system and how you want something done does not count as training when you only do it for one or two days. You are supposed to make sure that all your workers are efficient when it comes to taking copious notes in your system. This is a person who has done medical billing and collections. I've done regular hospital collections different types of facilities I've also done collections and billing for pharmaceutical. I hope you take this as a lesson learned. I have been a patient for more than 18 years! Dr. Andrea Friedberg is devoted to her patients. She takes her time and truly cares about not only my eye health but over-all health too. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Friedberg’s for many years for several different issues with my eyes. I am very confident and comfortable with her management and treatment of these issues. After a recent emergency situation, she made a phone call and had me set up to see a neurosurgeon and orbital specialist ASAP. You can’t get much better care than that!

Everything is always checked and explained. Doctor is thorough and good, very professional.

I love the Doctors and staff here, But waiting just shy of two hours is a bit much when people come in after you for the same Doctor and get taken back first. I came for my follow up, assuming it would be about 1 1/2 to 2 hours all together… but instead I spent just shy of two hours in the back waiting room!!!

Great caring staff & doctor

This is the most poorly run medical office I have ever been in. Be prepared to wait up to two hours after your scheduled appointment before ever seeing a doctor. This practice is purely greedy and not respectful of people’s time. The doctors are good at what they do, but the staff are unprofessional and the office manager is absolutely awful. Unless you enjoy sitting in a crowded waiting room for hours at a time during Covid I would suggest choosing another practice.

I have had and continue to have the most thorough check ups by this outstanding doctor. I could not be more pleased with my eye lift procedure. First of all no pain at all recovery was rather quick and the results are unbelievable. My eye sight has improved and my surgery is unnoticeable. Not to mention the fact how wonderful my eyes look. I look and feel ten years younger. What an overall wonderful experience with such a fabulous outcome. Can’t thank Dr. Andre Friedberg enough you have change my life and my looks! Thank you for professional expertise. Patient for life would not go to anyone else!
