Dr. Trots is very patient with my husband. Just let's him talk & tells his stories over & over. Tries explaining his symptoms every visit.

Dr. Trotz is a courteous, patient, and knowledgeable PCP. In my experience, the wait time to see him ranges from a few minutes to 45 minutes but on average it is around 10-20 minutes. His staff is friendly and the PA, NP, and other physician who work at his practice are knowledgeable as well. It can be difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Trotz (may need to schedule an appt 2-4 weeks in advance).

My son was greatly disrespected by this Dr. We came directly from the hospital upon recommendation by them. My son was in horrifying pain and his blood pressure was up and he was shaking from the pain. This doctor treated him as if he had a drug issue. My son has never been involved with drugs and even walked away from friends who started to get involved with that. This doctor did not do anything to help my son but disrespect him and myself. I will never go back again nor will I recommend.

Dr. Trotz is wonderful but the office staff needs to go. Can't recommend going there because of the rude office staff.

He never rushes us. He always listens. He is so kind and gentle with my grown son who has autism. I had him as a doc too until my insurance changed. :( Most of the office staff is good too, except for 1 person. The nurses are super sweet. We haven't had big emergencies or anything, so I can't comment on emergency or critical care. We are happy with him, though.

Staff is extremely rude. Impossible to talk to the doctor if you have concerns or questions. Staff won't allow it. You have to make apt & you can't get an apt right away.

My husband and I love Dr. Trotz and his staff. I have only been seeing him for a little over two years but I feel like he actually knows us when we are in the exam room. He listens to concerns and problems and finds the right diagnosis every single time. It's easy to get an appointment and the staff is always very helpful and considerate.
