I saw Dr. Bernstein for kidney/bladder issues that I've never experienced before. He spent the time I needed to absorb all this new information. He was great in addressing my concerns, explaining the diagnosis, treatment options and finally the treatment. The professionalism of the doctor and staff gave me confidence in my experience.

Dr. Bernstein is an excellent, seasoned surgeon. He has wonderful bedside manner, and explains things in a way I can understand. His medical knowledge and clinical judgement are excellent and give me confidence in my doctor.

Dr. Michael Bernstein performed an urological procedure that left me with nerve damage. He was not able to diagnose the nerve damage. I visited another urologist who sent me to a neurologist, and after his treatment, which was very simple, just to calm a damage nerve occurred during the urology procedure, until it heal. Definitely not good to diagnose beyond his specialty.

Unfortunately I have had to see Dr Bernstein more than I would like due to my medical history. However, he is extremely professional, compassionate and explains everything so that I am able to understand the "medical terms". He gives me options! I truly feel like he cares about me.
