Booked a procedure with Dr. Shami. He never showed up and a nurse performed it. Ten days later, two messages left and still haven’t received any results or acknowledgment. I can’t say I’d recommend this office.

Give you a phone number for office and no one picks up no matter what prompt you hit. How on earth do you get through. Very poorly run.

Dr. Shami is a really good DR. He took his time and answered all my questions . He was referred to me by someone else . He is a very caring and compassionate Doctor who shows that he cares about his patients. We need more doctors like him who Cares about patients like he does. He also has an awesome staff.

Dr Shami has helped me years ago, even coming into his off on his day off for me. He is also treating my son in a wheelchair, he is such a caring man and dedicated to his profession. I truly can't say enough about him!!

Dr Shami is a true Professional. While at the Woodland Park MJ visit the staff forgot to ask me for the Co Payment for my insurance which it was $20.00 . I then received a letter last week that is when I became aware of the amount owed. I then received a call from his office requesting the payment on Friday the 20th Of March and again on today’s date 3/23. On Friday I explained to the female to double check with her office because I always pay the Co-payments. Then today I received another call requesting the $20.00. I believe that I shouldn’t be harassed for $20.00 when we are in a state of emergency omg . If I am being harassed for 20.00 I believe other people are being harassed for more. They should be a little more sympathetic and wait until after the Coronavirus scared and everything is back to normal. No heart at all. Omg. I paid , but I am so disappointed. Will never use his office again.

I saw Dr. Shami at Chilton Hospital on 9/21 and he was wonderful! He is very personable and his bed side manner is fabulous. I would recommend him and the team at GANJ 100 times over,.
