I found Dr. Rackovsky to be a very knowledgeable and caring person. He was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions, and helped to reassure me at a time when I need reassurance. I would highly recommend Dr. Rackovsky to any one in need of his services.

Do not bother to come here if you expect to get someone to call you back, answer questions and understand messages . Perhaps the doctor is great at what he does but that gets blurred by how little his office staff supports their patients, it took two months of calling and finally giving up to get a medicine question answered. I finally asked for my records which I am still waiting on a response from staff about! This is dangerous to ignore calls and messages that I bet are not even getting to the doctor. You can be the best specialist but if your staff is incompetent it’s detrimental to your practice I’m surprised more people don’t complain.

I finally found a Dr. that takes the time to listen to REALLY listen to you. i love the way he went over all the questions i asked him and how he explained things in simple terms.!!! he did an endoscopy to take a look to my stomach and while i was waiting for him one of the anesthesia Doctors told me "Dr. Rackovsky is one of the best out there good choice" and the nurse that took care of me also told me the same words. the endoscopy went perfectly with no problems. the staff at the Willowbrook office was really nice and the wait wasn't long at all. I totally recommend him. !

I came to see this doctor for an ongoing issue I was experiencing. I was pleased that the office was able to accommodate me as fast as they did and I'm glad I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Rackovsky. He was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I would certainly recommend him to anyone seeking a good gastroenterologist. *UPDATE* This doctor is absolutely amazing! I had to call the office and leave messages requesting that he call me back about some urgent issues about 3 times, and when I say all 3 times this doctor returned my call within minutes!! No other doctor does that! It shows how caring he is about his patients and how all doctors should be.
