This office is a nightmare. They give you an appointment and the doctor doesn’t show up at his scheduled time. They take no precautions to limit the number of people waiting in the waiting room. The ladies that work in the front office are very unprofessional and rude. Especially the office manager. The cancelled an appointment because of weather then gave us a hard time trying to reschedule. It’s going to be difficult transferring my sister to a new doctor as she is disabled and needs to remain within the same group network. But I will do what I can to find her a new doctor. If you are looking for a neurologist, skip this one.

This was my first visit with doctor Jafri. He was very attentive to what I had to say. He didn't want to understand my daginosis Because I believed he was not educated on this condition. Educated about CRPS/RSD and most Doctor's don't know enough about it to help any CRPS/RSD patients. I did have one neurologist refused to see me because he did not know enough about it. Only Doctors who specializes in CRPS/RSD condition. Know what we go threw with this Chronic Pain Disorder. Nerve pain attack the whole body CRPS 2. Extremely painful condition. Dr. Jafri was very pleasant Dr. He gave me the best referral For a dermotoglist. He was great DOCTOR.

One of the worst doctor office experiences I’ve ever gone through! The receptionist are so rude and disrespectful, they are argumentative, they barely understand a word you are saying. The receptionist had the nerve to laugh at my request to speak to the doctor, the customer service there is terrible! I would give this 0 stars but unfortunately I can’t!If you go here, request to work with the doctor personally!
Katherine office employee refuses to ask dr. For medicine refill and will not allow me to speak to doctor. Putting patient in grave danger out of spite & just to power trip.

So let's start off with the staff, they are rude and soon as you walk in. I came to this office for a year now and no matter how many times or in what language I greet them they NEVER respond. Good luck trying to get a call in, they NEVER pick up the phone. Moreover, Dr. Jafri's wait times are ridiculous you can have an appointment for 11 arrive 15 minutes early and still not be seen for hours. Not to mention the consultation is brief and repetition of my family history every time for a year. My next appointment will be my last.

I schedule this appointment over one month ago and stated it was my first visit at that time. Arrive today receptionist is on the phone and I take my seat. After about 15 minutes she asks my name and asks if it is my first time, I rely “yes” and she says that I should have let her know 🤯 I reply well you were on the phone but wouldn’t you have that in your appointment book that I am a first time patient? She replies no, and rudely says you need to tell me when you sign that it’s your first time. Ummm, ok... that’s a first for me. I won’t be coming here again and I haven’t even seen the doctor yet! There is no need to be so rude, absolutely zero customer service skills!
Dont bother. I didnt feel as though my options was explored enough here even though staff was pleasant.

Receptionist are rude, they don't understand anything your calling about. They don't return your calls. I have left message and had to call back. It's like they're in another world. The worst front desk!
