Very happy with my visits with Jennifer. Highly recommend her!
I am in the healthcare field and I think that I am a very patient and empathetic person. I know how hard it is to work in healthcare, but I am very disappointed with this practice. I went for an annual check up and I had one of the earliest appointments. I still had to wait 40 minutes to get seen. When I went to check in, the receptionist was facing the side wall at her computer and didn’t pay any mind to me. After 2-3 minutes of standing there waiting, I said, “do you need any updated paperwork from me”? She was nice but if you’re a receptionist, wouldn’t you acknowledge that I was there so that you can keep the appointments running on time? While waiting in the waiting room, the PA-C, RN, and receptionist were talking about a patient. Your walls aren’t sound proof unfortunately. This also may be why I waited 40 minutes to get seen? I understand that healthcare is stressful and we all need our moments to vent, but I don’t think that is the most opportune time and environment to do it. You could always wait until lunch break when no patients are around to vent/talk. In addition, I can’t believe that my insurance was billed for a 40 minute appointment when my appointment ended up being less than 10 minutes. Also, you can’t get an appointment here for months. And while that may be a company issue, don’t plan on getting seen for months even if you’re sick. I received an email that I was due to a specific test and then was told I need to schedule that at a different time when I came to my annual appt. Kind of upsetting because that's the reason why I scheduled my appointment in the first place. Again, I think I’m a very patient and empathetic person but I’m just a little frustrated. Don’t come unless it’s convenient for you.
I went for an appointment yesterday at 730am door was locked nobody answered the phone Today I show up at 810am everyone is confused why I’m there and they lost the wellness form they had to fill out for my insurance company. This form was due in by the end of the month. I have been going there for as long as I remember. The name of the company should be Christiana I don’t care The people in there seem to be short staffed and could care less if if you have been sitting there or how long This is what corporations do to a small family practice like this really sad to see. Sad to see this happened I will search for a new provider now
I have been going to this practice for over 40 years. I was one of their first patients. The practice has changed for the worst. You CANNOT get an appointment whether sick, well visit, urgent, or follow-up in a reasonable amount of time. When you attempt to schedule you are met with a horrible attitude from front desk staff. Appointments you have scheduled in advance are often canceled and need to be scheduled two and three times again due to poor scheduling. It is so sad to say my entire family, grandparents, parents, children were seen here and due to the quality of care declining we are changing doctors. I give two because the nurses are good and seem to care. This is what an understaffed, over booked, poor quality of care center looks like and I am sad to say it is turning that way.
The staff here a amazing, my entire family sees them. Martha, is Dr.k’s MA and she a wonderful person, attentive, hard working and has no problem answering any question I have, if she doesn’t know she will find out and contact me back! I love the NP Kristan, she is a badass! And my favorite practitioner I’ve ever had. She listens when I have concerns and helps to conquer any health issue that arises. The front desk girls, and nurses on staff are helpful as they can be! The medical field has its challenges, however they conquer it with compassion and grace. If I have run out of meds, I call the med line and let them know sometimes it can take up to 24H to process, but they are quick. The front desk girls will transfer you or schedule you in order to help you with their concerns. Keep up the great work everyone.
It’s so comforting, that when my doctors office was called for COVID advice, and only to have them say that since I haven’t been there in a few years, I’m no longer their patient. Not to mention that during the two years of pandemic, you couldn’t get a well visit there anyway. Even sick people did telemedicine, or curbside service. I go to the doctor when I need them, not when they want me there yearly, to build their bank accounts. I guess if I really needed help, I’d have to go to the ER, already overwhelmed by those with no health care insurance, sit in a hallway, waiting to be seen for 12 hours,,and then get basic advice, a bill for hundreds of dollars, and get told to contact my doctor for future care. HELLO!!! And we wonder why healthcare and insurance rates are through the roof. They have you/us, bent over the proverbial barrel. Thanks Christiana Care. I suppose I have to find a new office to go to now.
Dr.Holliday has very poor bedside manner. As a fellow mom that is postpartum I assumed horribly wrong that she would be understanding. Instead I was made to feel crazy and told to “suck up” the symptoms I was experiencing. The dismissiveness she exudes is what kills patients. I truly hope Christiana provides her the necessary classes to remind her on how you should treat patients.
Really?!!! All Christinacare facilities should be linked!! Ridiculous. She was helpful on the phone. Not her fault.
Specifically I went to this practice to talk about my concerns on the Covid 19 Vaccine. I have family issues with vaccines and was very concerned on getting the shot because of it. My work pressed me, either the shot or I’m fired. So that being said. The discussion with Dr. Holliday turned very political and she said that I have to take my chances with the shot because she does not give out exemptions for anyone. Fast forward, I had a very bad reaction to the shot lucky to still be here but all in all worst Dr. I’ve ever had to deal with.
Everyone there is very helpful and professional. We can usually get a same day appointment, if needed, which was unheard of at my previous physician office.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
