James E. Hubbs's Online Review Report Card

I like Dr. Hubbs a lot once I can get into the office, but it's difficult to get an appointment. Staff does not return phone calls. Yesterday morning I left a message on voice mail and specified my issue. No response. I called again this morning and found there is no "sick visit" appointment in his office. I tried to get in for a skin rash (suspected Lyme) and was told they were booked and to go to the ER or Urgent Care. I understand that he is a solo practitioner, but staff could at least get back to people in a timely manner.

Extremely frustrated. I've been calling every hour for days and left voice messages. No one answers or returns my calls. I finally had to switch doctors. I will never go back.

So Disappointed in Dr Hubbs in his Disregard in returning phone calls! Have been trying for over a year to reach out to him in regards to my Mom, who has been a patient of his for many years. Finally, after trying one more time, I get a return call. Was told that they’ve been having problems with their phones...REALLY! A Doctors office having problems over a year...hmmm. UNACCEPTABLE!!! At one time, Dr Hubbs was Very reliable. Not now! My Mom is 83 years old n just isn’t comfortable changing Doctors at her age. The time has come, that I have been left (as her Daughter) with No other choice then to change Doctors for her. Shame on you Dr James Hubbs!!! Think twice on choosing this Dr! Yes, he’s kind, just No regard on his responsibility to my Mom, his Patient for decades!

Front desk never answers the phone. I left several messages and they never call back. Dr. Hubbs is the sweetest Dr. don't understand why he would have a rude staff. Office manager needs to go also.

I went to see Dr. Hubbs for the first time on Wednesday at the Swedesboro Office and I was Very impressed. He was so Kind, caring, and made Me feel so comfortable to be there. I was upset to go because the other Doc I had for many years I was so saddened to see Him go. Thank You Doctor for My visit with You and how it was such a delight to have been there for the first time with You and the Caring that was shown by You. Take Care, Philomena (Bunny) Putnam

I have called 3 weeks in a row. Different times, different days, left numerous messages. No call back. I finally got ahold of the receptionist today, rude, rude, rude! I was trying to switch my primary doctor to their office, needed some questions answered, not now. So dissapointed!

This is a great doctors office. The wait is never more than 5 minutes. All staff are professional and courteous.

Dr. Hubbs in one of the best! Takes the time to listen to you and doesn't rush you through your appointment.

Dr.Hubbs is a really kind doctor, very friendly and gets you the help you need fast. No long wait times and the area is really great too

Dr Hubbs is a great doctor. Very personable and takes his time with you at each visit. Listens to everything you have to say and makes you feel very comfortable. Unfortunately getting ahold of his office is next to impossible.. The front desk rarely answers and can take days to respond to a voicemail. They are friendly when you can get ahold of them though. Just wish it wasn’t so hard to make appointments and get information...
