I would like say the staff at both places, Ruidoso and Alamogordo are awesome. Very friendly.

2-1/2 hours, of which Dr. Fillmore spent 3 minutes and 28 seconds with me. I have Sjogren's syndrome and he should have done the exam himself, but all exams are done by his assistants. They seem competent enough but surely do not have his experience. I asked the receptionist how many patients he had booked that day and was told "59." So, you see the problem.

I had two cataract surgeries in the Spring with Dr Fillmore. My left eye is acceptable but the right is worse than before surgery. The eye burns all of the time and clouds over frequently obscuring my vision. I also experience the sensation of a foreign object in my eye especially when lying down. I have been to my optometrist multiple times since and have been told my eyes are dry. Drops only bring brief relief. I am very disappointed with the outcome and would find it hard to recommend this practice.

Dr. Fillmore went in to correct a retinal tear.. while she still had a small bleed he took it upon himself, not being a GLAUCOMA SPECIALIST to do a laser surgery, leaving her in terrible pain..her eye sweeled up. She called the from staff and for days they left her waiting for a call back in pain!! Then they scheduled her again whole 2 weeks later.it has now been a month that she has been in pain went to a doctor in Las cruces who wqs disgusted by what he saw! They are now sending her to elpaso in hopes that they can even save her vision in that eye!!!stay away from that "doctor"..

Made an appointment for an eye exam. Waited for 45 minutes. Nobody even spoke to to explain the delay. Got up and told the receptionist we were leaving. No response. Wouldn't recommend these people at all.

Dr. Filmlore is a true healer. I have never met a more caring or intelligent doctor. I am so glad I traveled from Utah to New Mexico for this procedure.
