If I could do zero stars I would. I see I'm not the only one that has had a terrible experience here. I scheduled an appointment for a strep test and was never told over the phone about having symptoms for 48 hours. I Uber to my appointment only to be treated horrible by staff. The lady that helped was extremely rude. She had zero compassion. All I needed was a strep test. As soon as I left and got home I did a self covid test that came out negative. Got turned down for nothing. Will never return here and will be finding a new provider. Don't waste your time coming to first choice.

I have talked to some of the staff here, and most of them were rude and stuck up. Tisha, Giselle, Chantel, Brianna and Aisha have TERRIBLE attitudes that need to be fixed, before you lose more clients.

TERRIBLE PLACE!! Idk if they get there DRs from a shelter but they do not know what they want. The lady who checks you in is worthless and acts like she runs the place. Lady please where your mask right before you try and tell me anything. Let’s just say I am no longer at this dump. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HEALTH HERE

Doctors can be great but not the best staff. They tell you one thing one moment and completely waste your time and won’t take you in after they approved appointment. Definitely never going back to this clinic.

We chose this place because the doctor we chose has a high rating. Unfortunately, we decided to change to other places because one of the nurses who did my baby’s vaccinations was horrible. She first gave my baby the oral rotavirus vaccine. My baby was choking all bad but she didn’t care and just kept putting the vaccine into my baby’s mouth. She could’ve done it slower, but she didn’t. I know she could’ve avoid making my baby choke because we did the oral Tylenol at home after his thigh was hurting too bad (I will explain why later) and my baby was not choking because we did it slowly. After the oral vaccine, the nurse did two other vaccines. Unfortunately, she did it very unprofessionally as well! She jab both vaccines one after another on the same spot of the same thigh. When she pull out the first needle, some fluid along with BLOOD came out and she jab the second one immediately after the first one. A few hours we got home, my baby cried and experienced so much pain every time we accidentally moved his leg!!! The whole painfulness could’ve been avoid if she was more patient and compassionate!!!!! DON’T BRING YOUR BABY TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BABY TO BE MORE LIKELY TO EXPERIENCE SOME HORRIBLE THINGS!

Do not come here the staff is horrible and rude never answer the phone the reps never want to give there name! It takes months to get an appointment it takes months to get a referral very unprofessional clinic! Don’t trust your health with this place! The nurses we have dealt with are rude and get bothered by asking questions or asking for labs/referrals that a patient needs can’t believe this place is still open! The doctor is suppose to be giving preventative information and doesn’t even call about labs that are done or doesn’t even order a full lab to see how the patient is doing! You have to call and ask what we’re the results or you have to call to get them in the mail. It’s very disappointing that someone has to go thru hoops and loops to get care. Everyone there is a joke and don’t care about there patients go to Presbyterian or somewhere else besides this horrible place! This place deserves a zero!!!!!

Never answer phone, never returned call waited 3 months for for care and still haven’t gotten help. They don’t listen to you if you do talk to them. They do not care at all if you complain.

If I could give this place no stars I would! This entire "medical" office is extremely unprofessional. Beginning with the front desk personnel they are very rude and unprofessional, they act as though any inquiry or phone call is an inconvenience, where instead it is their JOB and what they get paid for. Having an appointment means nothing because you'll be there for 3+ hours. The medical doctor that my mother seen, Adela Tam does not cover everything that should be included in a 60 year-old's annual visit. No recommendations for preventive care is ever suggested and even when we brought it up ourselves it'll be forever until you can get a response for additional testing. It's been a month and we are still waiting on a referral/call for a colonoscopy. In her letter to my mother after the blood work was done, she said her cholesterol was fine when in reality it was in a very high range! That is ridiculous that even the MD cannot be relied on for very standard care! Clearly no one here cares about the patient's health. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
