cont. I just want to see! That's all! I am requesting a full refund so I can go elsewhere, if I am even a good candidate, still. If not, glasses for the rest of my life with worse vision than what I had. I have given up on Dr. Lovato and am extremely frustrated because I STILL CANNOT SEE!!!

Terrible and expensive. In fact I paid twice as much for this eye care at Lavato Eyecare than I did for my prior eye doctor in Durango. They just want your money. It's cheaper for me to drive all the way up to Dgo, get more than half the price from a true professional for exam, contacts, & glasses (I paid over $1,000 for these same services at Lavato). Extremely disappointed with Dr. Lovato and one of his techs. Listing the issues and problems I encountered are too lengthy to list on this forum but range from the tech not dispensing the proper eye drops before exam and not calling in prescription to pharmacy, to Dr. Lovato telling me on my last visit to try to ignore the problems I'm experiencing. He asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for an eye exam for new glasses even though he was unable to correct the problem I had when I first went in. Abrupt and rude. I have made an appointment with another doctor and will never go back to Lovato Eyecare.
