First visit and was so disappointed by the service. Went for upper lips and eyebrows. Left lots of patches of hair everywhere even after pointing out multiple times. I left because she was getting impatient.

I like coming because Bair Medical customizes things just for you and gives you one-on-one attention while making you feel better about yourself; just the thing you need. I’ve been seeing Janelle and her team for both laser hair removal, Botox and facials, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and expertise. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain each procedure in detail and ensuring I feel comfortable every step of the way. I’ve seen noticeable results from my treatments, and her precision and care really make a difference. The atmosphere is always calm, and I appreciate how attentive she is to my needs, customizing each session to target my specific concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch skin care and hair removal services!

I have had many services at Bair. I will not go anywhere else. Janelle is incredible. Highly knowledgeable and efficient. I've gone for laser hair removal, Botox, and facials. Janelle is always so professional and gives great recommendations and answers all of my questions. I love it at Bair, I feel very well taken care of and look forward to every visit.

It is a beautiful facility. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time. It took 5 months to schedule a PDO lift. Dr. Bair was kind, soft-spoken. He took pictures, referred back to my initial visit notes, and performed the procedure. He was meticulous, and the results were amazing. Im still recovering, so I'll know more of the results later. He is a provider I feel I can trust.
