Dr. Castlemain was thorough, compassionate and caring through my surgery which was a repair of a coarctation of the aorta and recovery. Took the time to explain and make sure myself and family members had all our questions answered, which was a little more challenging as my family had to do it remotely. I developed a complication from the surgery, and he stayed on top to of that to avoid having to be opened back up for more surgery.

Dr Castlemain provided excellent information about my condition related to a recent PET/CT scan with possible options for treatment to be discussed fully with the patient and family before any decisions were made. His calm demeanor helped with my fears. His staff was outstanding in followup and in answering questions both online and by phone.

I was airlifted from Socorro hospital suffering from A.R.D.S. 6 years ago. I was 38 at the time with a 20% chance of pulling through.Dr. Castlemain and his team worked vigorously on me for 23 days while I was in a coma. Through Dr. Castlemains lead and expertise, I am alive today and could not be more grateful to him and the countless other's who helped save my life and continue helping save the lives of so many.....Thank you!...♡

this Dr. is arrogant and condescending. he refuses to communicate with the patient. he withholds important medical information in his endeavor to ignore the patient.

Dr. Castle main performed heart surgery on my husband in 2011. It's been 5 years since my husband's massive heart attack and he's doing great. Thank you, Dr. Castlemain.

Dr Castkemain is a brilliant heart surgeon. Not only did he save my life with an emergency operation, he also was thorough and found several other arteries in my heaRt that had partial blockages and repairEd or bypassed all blockages beside the 99% blocked main artery which brought me in the ER in the first place. He answered all questions from my large family group. He was was patient with all of us. Obviously cares about his patients and is so very excellent at his surgical skills and knowledge of procedures, and methods. I just can't say enough about him!
