Definitely recommend Cottonwood Family Medicine. Katie and Crystal are great. Katie listens thoroughly and does everything to help any situations. Crystal is very responsive and on top of everything I have ever needeed.

I would highly recommend this provider, as I have been going to them for years. Everyone from the front office staff, nursing staff, Medical Assistant Krystal, to Katie Boylan the provider, are caring, conscientious and I feel work hard for the health and wellness of their patients.

This amazing team diagnosed a brain tumor that had been missed by several other providers with my symptoms, ordering an MRI that found the tumor. Everyone there from the front office staff, nursing staff, Krystal, all the way to Katey Boylan, the provider...are caring, conscientious and I feel work hard for their patients. I recommend Cottonwood Family Medicine whole heartedly.

I have been happily satisfied with Cottonwood Family Med. Wait times have been very reasonable, my care and treatment have always been top-notch with Kristina A. As a medical professional myself I can honestly say without reservation that Kristina is highly knowledgeable, experienced and very thorough each and every time I come in for my appointments. The best part about Kristina is you get a real feeling she cares about each and every one of her patients in a big way. Hate writing bad reviews. front desk staff is great, medical not so much. Poor communication. Poor insurance billing. Suggested drugs with terrible side effects. Nope, nope nope.
