I met Dr. David Truong in 2019 when I presented for a cyst on my right eye a few weeks after I had surgery for a Retinal Detachment on my left eye…Yikes!! :( I appreciated his candor and sense of humor and his ability to assure me of his competence immediately!! :) Unfortunately, I needed to have cataract surgery on the left eye before I could have the cyst removed. I was delighted to learn he would also perform the cataract surgery…Yay!! :) I recently had cataract surgery on my right eye and followed him to his new practice so he could do the surgery. The surgery went very well...YAY!! :). I had been wearing prescription eyeglasses for more than 50 years and now my vision is crystal clear!! :) In fact, I have never seen this clearly, ever…WOW!! I am comforted that he will continue to care for my eyes and delighted that no future invasive surgeries are needed now!! :)

I made an appointment to see Dr. Truong for my annual exam and to discuss my deteriorating vision because I could no longer see well four years after my cataract surgery. Dr Truong recommended YAG laser surgery to address the issue, which was quick and painless. My vision has never been better, and I am extremely pleased.

My regular ophthalmologist could not do my up coming surgery. Dr Truong stepped in and immediately took over. He caught up on all my history and scheduled a pre-op visit with me so I could meet him before the surgery. He has done great work so far with the surgery and follow up. I will look forward to having this smart energetic man as my doctor. I have recommended my husband go see him and will others!

Dr. Truong did cataract and vision correction on both of my eyes. The result has been excellent. Dr. Truong did a great job explaining everything to me. He is personable, professional, and has great sense of humor. Plus, you can tell he really loves what he does and cares for his patients. I am so grateful to him for the outcome of my surgeries and thankful I entrusted my eyes to him.

I would recommend Dr. Truong to anyone who has had RK and Lasik surgery in the past (and of course any other eye surgery you might need). I was not looking forward to my cataract removal due to the Radial Keratotomy (RK) and Lasik surgery which I had done a long time ago. Dr. Truong took the time to listen to what result I was hoping for and we discussed the risks and possibilities of what I wanted. Based on my results and the calls I received from his office prior to the surgery I know that he spent time preparing for my surgery. I was extremely happy and relieved with the outcome.

Dr. Truong performed a cataract lens replacement in both eyes for me. The results are excellent! Dr. Truong is personable and highly skilled. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend him as a surgeon.
