John Panter is the best provider as my primary care. He goes above and beyond and so does his staff! The staff at Duke City on Montgomery near Juan tabo is the best!

I called the main number asking if I could see a MD. they informed me they did NOT have MDs at any of their locations. I've also had 2 different phone persons be absolutely hateful. The first time was because o could not find their Edgewood location. I followed maps and it took me to a dirt parking lot. by the time I got through, she told me I might as well not go because it was too late and hung up on me. I called because I was sick and wasn't going to make the appointment. my hope was they could fill the spot even though it was less than 24 hours. she hung up on me! I've tried to stay with this practice for continuity of some kind of care, but have given up.

Had a family member pass away and called to reschedule since I would be out of town for my appointment. Was constantly ignored and hung up on by Tanya in the process. My third attempt I just canceled the appointment altogether. Rude and uncaring. The doctors are probably great, wouldn't know it by whoever's answering the phones. Good luck.

Dr Stuart is the best PrimaryCare physician ever! He is always thorough and listens well. I owe him a great deal for his care over the past 10 plus years!

Excellent provider and team at DCPC. Dr. Stuart has been such an amazing/understanding/encouraging provider. He listens and his recommendations are based on his experience and medical knowledge which makes me confident in the handling of my health. The team is always friendly and professional which makes me feel well cared for at my appointments. Thank you! Prior to DCPC I had difficulty finding a primary care provider I knew had my best interests at heart. Now it makes me feel good to know I have DCPC on my side.

Flow went well. Everyone friendly which is so important. Still can’t figure out why we have to complete the same dumb paper forms done before especially when everything is already on the portal. Clipboards should go away!!!!
