Jason is amazing! I moved to this area recently and was looking for someone talented and that I could trust as much as my previous injector and I’m happy to say that I’m extremely satisfied with the work Jason has done. He’s a very talented and skilled injector. Also, these have been the least painful injections I’ve ever received! Jason’s the best!

I paid $850 for a botched botox job that left me with a crooked smile. The injector was completely unskilled, he never mapped my face, never showed me the product labels nor the unit amounts. On top of that, the product he put on my face was questionable as it’s wearing off unevenly, muscle twitches, that have never happened before. I have been getting botox for 15 years in 2 different countries, several different states and I have never felt so robbed. Would not recommend this place, it has no standards.

I paid $400 for botox injection between my eyebrows and it didn't work. Of course they kept my money. Another time my car broke down and I called them an hour and a half before my appointment to let them know I couldn't come in and they charged me $50. These people are ruthless don't do it and their product doesn't work.

Jason and all staff are A+. Not intimidating or too fancy, super clean and the studio is gorgeous. Great prices with coupons and memberships, I trust them for Botox and fillers and intend to have more services. I've been to both the east and west side locations, love them both.

I came in for my acne and I was recommended the glycolic cleanser by one of the ladies at the front. My hormonal acne cleared up in just a few days. I was shocked. Thank you flawless team!

If you’re thinking about booking an appointment here - DO IT. I have been genuinely impressed with the staff here at Flawless. I have been to other med spas out of state and Flawless has blown all of them away. During my consultation, I really felt like Jackie wanted what’s best for me - Not just selling me product and procedures. Thanks for making my first visit at a med spa in ABQ so special, professional and educational!! Telling all my friends to go here!!

I spent over $1,000 at my first visit with minimal results. At follow up visit, I spoke with 3 or 4 people at the front counter. I asked questions regarding the Diamond facial I received at first visit and wanted to know if there was another facial or procedure I could try. I was asked questions by all and I was told that there was nothing else they could do for me if I did not do home care (which I do day and night). I was asked what product I used and I responded First Aid Beauty - a person I had never met scoffed and I am not sure she knows this is a real (great) product. With so many med spas in ABQ, Flawless should be at the top of their game, be more professional, and show more respect regardless of age.
