Dr. Applewhite and her staff are wonderful with my mom. She is 82 and needs extra care. Dr. Applewhite is patient, kind and very professional. She takes her time with my mom. My mom feels safe and cared for.

Dr. Applewhite is the best family doctor we have ever had. For me, she recently got me through an almost impossible situation that was life saving. I am 88, with Myasthenia Gravis, and had a serious sinus blockage that made life miserable. It was so bad, never being able to sleep, I had lost hope that life was of sufficient quality to go on. She found a superb surgeon willing to take on a risky operation, and she followed through for the clearances with my cardiologist and neurologist, to permit the surgery. It was difficult, had complications, but successful. My follow up with her was today, during her lunch hour. We have recommended her to our neighbors, who are now both her patients, and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who needs a competent, thorough, persistent family doctor who you can depend upon to get help when you need it, and who will pay attention to your needs.

I am very very picky when it comes to health care professionals. I do a lot of health research and expect someone who is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, attentive & listens. Dr Applewhite gets an A+ in all categories.

I was sicker than dog a few weeks back with the worst chest congestion I've ever experienced. I could barely talk or breath without coughing until I turned blue. Dr Applewhite knew immediately what it was and how to treat me. Within 24 hours the pain was gone and the breathing was back to normal. She is a mercy angel with a lab coat.
