Ideal Image Albuquerque's Online Review Report Card

I was a bit weary at first just because a few days after I signed up I recieved a call stating that I couldn't get an apoiintment for a few months because they had new workers and they were all being trained. My personal thoughts regarding this issue is that I shouldn't have been charged until after my first appointment. However, When I did get my appointment it was great! I recieved botox and I liked the outcome so I signed up for ultatherapy which I also liked. Autmn is great at her job and also great with communication. I would message her with any questions or concerns and I would immediately recieve a response. I spoke with her about fillers and after a couple of days thinking it over, I decided to have it done. I only thought about it because Autmn wouldn't be the person to inject my fillers. I'm so happy that I did this! Claudia is amazing at her job and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I'm 54 years old and I never have had anything done. However, This year I noticed a little bit of imperfections so after debating on this issue, I can honestly say that this is one of the best decisions that I have ever made! Everyone at Ideal image is so nice and they have all communicated well from the jump start! Great job ladies!!!

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE. I prepaid for $339 in services when I called for an appointment in March 2025. They had no one to do injections but said they were "training people". After hearing nothing for a few weeks, I called to see when they may have people trained. They said it would be at least another 2-3 weeks. At this point, I asked for a refund as I didn't want to continue nebulously waiting. The local Albuquerque person said she would issue a refund. However, they did not. They have never once contacted me to schedule me nor have they returned my money. I do not leaving these kinds of reviews but do feel people should know what kind of business you are dealing with. Update: despite their response, they still refused to refund my money though they readily admitted ALL of their previous staff quit simultaneously and they had no one to even provide botox for at least one month. At this point, they can keep the money. I want nothing to do with this sort of establishment. There are too many good spas in town that operate under more reasonable and honorable pretense.

Second time trying, second time not impressed. Scheduled appointment for earliest available, took off work to fit THEIR schedule. Received call back from their call center to confirm appt. I showed up to appt and they scheduled for the following day after 😡. Super inconvenient driving 45 mins to get there. Very unprofessional.

I haven gone there,and I won't because the review are sooo bad. I trust the reviews! There are too many other shopsin Albuquerque to support.

I have been going to Ideal image for over a year now. I paid $2600 for laser hair removal, came with 8 sessions. I have seen 2 different teams work here. Many different nurses, office managers, and receptionists. When I first started going the lasers were not working and the nurses were transparent. Even with a full team my appointments still got cancelled, moved around and I was waiting over the time I needed (6-10 weeks) when my results started slowing down because they could not get me in. Fast forward to January, I talked to the person that was getting this GREAT team hired on, she heard me out, included 3 additional treatments to help with the unsatisfied results I had gotten (not more than 50% of the hair growth is gone). Went in last week after waiting 3 1/2 MONTHS for my first additional appointment out of the three, Erin the office manager said I was not supposed to be getting 2 additional areas done that the nurses have included FOR A YEAR?? The area that I had bought was not specifically what I needed and they refused to honor what I had been getting for the past 8 treatments because it’s “above their pay grade”. Because I did not sign a contract for those areas, which makes sense for liability. But why did it happen for over a year? With old management and new management? The charts were there, the information saying what I was getting done was there. Why did it happen for so long? Then I was told I could not get my charts because of hippa? IT IS MY HEALTH INFORMATION. I was told to wait until the end of that day or the next day. I called today multiple times and they did not answer because they have caller ID and were dodging my calls. Then corporate transferred me over and told me to see if they answer because they cannot see my number and not surprised the receptionist did answer this time. I didn’t even have to say my name and was told I have to wait 48-72 business hours for my charts. When I demanded my charts I got told that she was being respectful and she expects the same from me? As she was cutting me off the whole time and ended up hanging up on me when I demanded MY information that was owed to me after I got Scammed. The new nurse Hanna will get what’s coming for her with that fantastic condescending attitude. Laughed in my face multiple times and then expected me to pay attention to her while she was explaining why I wasn’t going to get my treatments and why the other nurses got fired. Even asked her to back away from me because of how she was talking to me because she scoffed and said “really you’re not even going to pay attention to what I’m showing you” not with that attitude I’m not, we are adults. When I specifically asked to talk to her boss and NOT her as she sat in for the conversation and argued with me the whole time. I refuse to let someone who is that incompetent touch me with a laser. Erin really needs to be there for her patients and not for her incompetent team. Erin COULD be a great office manager if she would just have some empathy. When I walked in that last day erin and her receptionists were laughing about patients and carrying on, saying that ideal image is basically a joke and their patients are apart of the laughing stock? If there are cameras I would really hope their bosses are checking to see what kind of things they are saying about patients. It’s embarrassing to see the lack of empathy and accountability that this business has. Corporate will not help you. You cannot get ahold of the office managers boss. Run far away from this company and what they sell. So many people are dissatisfied and have been in the past. I don’t care about new management this place is horrible. Check on Yelp maybe for some honest reviews. They now promise no rescheduled appointments because of their GREAT new staff, I wouldn’t and dont trust them or this company. I got scammed and wish I had my money back so I could have went somewhere in the past that would have done things right from the start. Do not trust them coming from a patient that has been with them for over a year.
