I signed up for cool sculpting in July 2021 and I have only had one appointment. That appointment was in September. They scheduled me another for October however they canceled that and scheduled another for December. I would not recommend the Ideal Image in Albuquerque to anyone. I believe they have selective clients that have regular appointments. How can you expect results when the appointments are scheduled so far apart>

Not only does this place have great quality service there nurses are super professional and communicate well The nurse that assisted me Nika not only held all these traits she was very encouraging helped me gain a better understanding on further treatments.

I have tried to schedule over and over again for the service I have paid for no phone calls its been almost 3 months they are so short staffed I have made two payments and no services yet as of 11102021. If it were up to me I would give them no stars. Poor Poor customer service rude staff every time you call in to schedule appointment. I would not recomend this place at all to anyone they steal your money and expect you to pay for a service not received.

This is my second horrific experience here They lie and tell you you had treatments you never had Make a copy of all your visits the front desk girl has been mean every time I have been here This is definitely a buyer beware business I only returned because I had prepaid they make you sign contracts and you cannot get a refund

Nurse Nika is hands down the BEST when it comes to laser hair removal. She’s helps make you feel comfortable and encourages you through treatment. I am happy with my results so far and request Nika every time Thank you Ideal Image and Nika. 5 stars

Downloaded zoom to have a consultation for coolsculpting and during call they tell me they dont offer a service that is listed on their website. Seems pretty unethical and a waste of my time.
