She was in my face. Didn’t listen and constantly asked me if I had any questions. Also she recommended that I have a scan which she could have done at that appointment because the problem that I came in with it seemingly disappeared. Really judgmental. Go back to Ohio.

She’s more interested in selling you her pyramid scheme health products. Run, run far away! Horrible experience!

Very unprofessional extremely rude and charges way to much

This Doctor lacks compassion, empathy, is rude and not consultative. She appears to be very angry. I wasn't sure if this was aimed at me, or her general behavior. She did not follow up on the prescription she defined - 24 hours later. This is the first time I have ever complained about any Doctor, She should not be practicing. I have just read the other reviews and see that I am not alone with my negative remarks. The leadership at Epiphany Dermatology needs to evaluate this issue, as it affects your corporate reputation.

ASKED HER A QUESTION;About my brown spots on my face ? ITS must be your parents had them.You need to get this serum plus my sun block or get face peeler acid will remove . I could not get any reply.She was to busy trying too sell more stuff.

I actually quite like Dr. Moranz. Reading the previous reviews, I couldn’t help but laugh. The Dr is a brilliant, no-nonsense person who doesn’t suffer fools. I have done Botox, laser hair removal, and skin checks with her that turned out terrific. I would much rather have a board certified MD who went to a top tier medical school work on me than a nurse or medical assistant. Which is what you sometimes get elsewhere. Yes she is crisp and efficient. I appreciate that as I have things to do.

9-25-2018 I saw Dr Janice Moranz at Epiphany Derm. She came in and looked me over fast and quick, scanning the skin. She started throwing many strong medications at the issue. When I asked her what it is I have she told me, "I don't know. Its puritis, that means itchy skin" then she proceeded to tell me "Once you are on the third tube then call in to set a new appointment to come in because we wont refill without seeing you first." This “Dr” was going to start issuing strong medications at me?!

She is NOT going to find out what it is she is just going to throw meds at it and run out the door?! I have had much better help over 6 years with this skin issues/skin sores from Nurse Practitioners and family practice MD's who at least had a diagnosis they could give me as to what they were treating for. It did not work but they were much more informative as to what they diagnose and why the treatment being given. I AM FILING AGAINST JANICE MORANZ EPIPHANY DERMATOLOGY WITH NEW MEXICO BOARD OF MEDICAL EXAMINERS.

You will get an appointment with Dr. Morantz right away for a reason; she represents many "medical" spas around town, she's in it for the money and not for good patient outcomes. Do yourself a favor and get into the Queue at Albuquerque Dermatology with Dr. Reddy, Shilpa and Siraj are fantastic and saved me lots of labs, time, and money by giving me a diagnosis within minutes, unlike Dr. Morantz.

When I go to the doctor I want them to be kind, caring and compassionate, not to mention professional, that was not my experience. The doctor was dismissive, unsympathetic, and even arrogant. More like overpriced “drug dealer” considering I was given a very expensive prescription and wasn’t educated about other products or the specific reason behind the one she chose. Would not recommend. Only positive was the in and out time, and if the prescription works, fingers crossed.
