List of Jeanine Valdez's Reviews
I have had several appointments with Dr. Valdez including a gynecological surgery. While I think she was a good technician at the job of doing the surgery, my experience with her each time I interacted with her was horrible. To preface, I have been in healthcare for over a decade as a provider. I have seen many many doctors in my years on this earth - and she is by far the worst doctor I have ever interacted with. Her bedside manner is abhorrent. Like another reviewer mentioned she walks into the room sulking with the feeling that you’re a total inconvenience to her as a patient. I left my pre-op appointment with her in tears of frustration and hopelessness just like the other reviewer. Why did I continue with surgery you ask? Because she was one of the only physicians trained on the machine that she was going to use on me for the surgery and I felt that she would be a good technician. If you can handle her horrible bedside manner and you want a good technician she’s a choice.
I have seen Dr. Valdez several times, including a surgery. I give her two stars instead of one because I think she did a good job on my surgery. However, her bedside manner is absolutely horrible. One would hope a doctor cares about their patient, wants what’s best for them, and wants to work as a team toward a good solution. Dr. Valdez repeatedly dragged her feet, sulking into the treatment room, had an extremely cold and rude demeanor. I like to ask questions about my health and the care I might be receiving. Her answers were blunt, rude, and often plain wrong. I’ve been a provider in healthcare for over a decade. The patient comes first, and you can say you don’t know or you’re wrong, docs! For her, it seems, her patients are just a bother. Several times I left crying tears of frustration and hopelessness, feeling totally unsupported and frankly, abused by her coldness and rude and unsolicited comments.
My wife is having surgery in two weeks. I submitted my FMLA paperwork over a month ago and still nothing back. I have left her assistant mutiple messages without a call back.
Have been trying to get FMLA paperwork for my wife’s upcoming surgery for over a month now with no response. I have left her assistant multiple voicemails with no return call. This is not a reflection of Dr. Valdez but rather her assistant.
Dr. Valdez was engaged and paid attention to my concerns as I spoke. She also called with follow up news and suggestions less than a day after tests were run.
I had an awful experience with Dr Valdez. She was the on call Dr I got stuck with when I delivered my son. Not only did she have terrible bedside manner, but I was permanently injured while under her care. Sad to see she is still treating patients this way.
I have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor and left her office shaking of frustration and crying for an hour, I feel hopeless. She had a terrible attitude and walked into the room as if she hated her job and I was a huge inconvenience. Suggesting Ibuprofen for a disease my past doctor was about to schedule surgery for? Horrible bedside manner and she should not be the kind of doctor that works with patients, EVER . All 1 I don't believe she should get credit for her staff
Dr. Valdez is competent, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. I have seen her for several procedures. I trust her and also appreciate her kindness.
unpleasant
She was not very knowledgable and unprofessional. I do not recommend

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
