I had kidney stone surgery. A week later I was in terrible pain, called the office. I was scheduled to go in at 3 pm. at 4 pm Jerome came into the room with his hands up in the air, telling me to go to the ER. He never asked me a question, never examined me, never did a urinalysis. I was in the ER for 8 hours.

I had a great experience with Dr. Baca! He was considerate and I didn’t feel rushed. He scheduled appropriate tests to gain a better understanding of what I was going through and took care of me accordingly. He didn’t blindly prescribe me unnecessary meds or put me through pointless procedures. He took great care of me and I am so thankful for his help!

No stars, Jerome Baca was rude, inconsiderate on listening to me as a patient, I felt rushed in my follow up appointment after surgery, he did not explain in detail on what to expect. He read my CT scan report word for word which was something I could have done with no real explanation. I would NOT recommend him to anyone, my next appointment is with the real doctor.

diagnosed with IC, main symptom urinary pain. Mr. Baca prescribed a 90 month supply of Oxybutynin-very expensive and ineffective since my symptoms became worse. During follow up, he did not suggest ANYTHING to help with the severe pain, just scheduled more tests. Tried to tell me my pain meds affect the way my body recognizes pain, ridiculous since my bladder symptoms are new and I have been on the same pain meds for over 20 years. Waste of time and $$ - go to an MD, not this terrible PA.

I felt very comfortable with Jerome Baca. I felt as though he knew exactly what i am going through. He is very comforting, caring, gentle and very professional. He took out a book and explained everything in detail. It makes me feel like he really cares about his patients. I highly recommend and and TRUST him with my health. Staff is excellent, friendly and professional.

When I was established as a new patient, the office obtained my medical history. When I met with him, he had thoroughly read the history. When I started explaining my history, I was impressed that he seemed to know it better than I did. He was also personable and easy-going; I was impressed.
