Dr. Ramirez has been my almost 3 year old's PCP since she was born. He has also been my niece & nephew's too. I haven't experienced anything negative from dealing with his care, attitude or even from his assistant. He seems to understand, diagnose & treat like an expert. Visits have always been on time & quick it seems, which I appreciate. He is the best. It's such a great feeling to know he has seen my child grow since birth. He's almost like family from a distant. Even the front desk staff are immaculate. We appreciate everyone at this Optum location.

Dr Ramirez in our eyes was a five star. We have been taking our three and a half year old daughter since birth up til now for check ups. My daughter really enjoyed visiting with him at all her check-ups. She really looked up to him, every time she knew an appointment was coming up she was so eager and excited to get there. We recently had a baby boy and took him into to see Dr. Ramirez for his 2-month checkup. as soon as he walked in the room he greeted us with a simple hello, my daughter was so excited to say hi to him and he completely ignored her!!! He started the check up on our son, we tried to have small talk to him and he totally blew us off. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed in wanting to have my son be seen by him. I had to make multiple changes to my insurance to make this happen. Now I regret the time spent on the phone with insurance and trying to get him in to see Dr. Ramirez. He left our three-year-old devastated !!!!! Not one word he said to her no hello, no goodbye it was extremely disappointing and I will never take my kids back to see him!!!! Such a cold feeling to get from your children's doctor.😔

Dr. Ramirez is awesome, he's so nice and patient, and takes time to listen to your questions and concerns, he doesn't just run off after the appointment. Highly recommend! So happy we found him

My kids have been seeing by Dr.Ramirez since they were babies and he is by far the best pediatrician when comparing with other mothers and having to see other pediatricians on occasion.
