She answered all of my questions, was concerned about my health, and saw the need for a colonoscopy.

The visit was OK but was given a prescription that needed to be filled. After almost 3 weeks and numerous phone calls, it was finally filled this morning. Needless to say, this is not the way to run a department or treat a patient.
