Kelly has been great as our family optometrist. She is thorough, a good communicator and has very good follow-up. She is also very good with our daughter and works to help her with her vision correction.

I recently saw Dr. Morgese as a new patient. I was having awful problems with dry eye and also needed my contact lens prescription adjusted. Dr. Morgese made me feel truly seen and heard, as she patiently listened to my concerns and showed real empathy for how painful/uncomfortable my eyes were feeling. She talked with me extensively about treatment for my dry eye and ultimately fit me with a new contact lens. What made Dr. Morgese a standout optometrist in my mind was her obvious and genuine passion in her work and in caring for me - she is very patient-centered. She has a positive, upbeat personality and is both thorough and knowledgeable - I will definitely be back to see her. AND my dry eye is much improved in my new contacts!

Dr. Morgese was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely personable. She displayed a passion not only for eye care but for her patients' overall health. Her good humor and encouragement let me know that my questions were welcome and my input was valuable. What a terrific experience!

I met with this doctor for an annual eye exam, she did not include me in the process as previous eye doctors always have in the past. She was condescending dismissive and was hurried through the visit. When I tried to inquire about the prescription change wondering what it was she stated “oh this is an optometrist language and it would be something that would need to be translated it’s not something you would understand it’s sort of like trying to translate English into Spanish or Spanish into English”. She didn’t discuss the numbers with me at all nor did she talk about the extreme increase. I only discovered how big The change was after I was home and looked at the boxes of contacts that I was given. I was walking out of there unable to see I returned the same day she lowered the prescription slightly but it was still absolutely unbearable. I spoke with the practice manager and the situation has been resolved however I will never see this doctor again she was rude and patronizing.
