Fabulous patient care.
everyone was very kind. Operated right on time. Explained procedures.
Went in for an EKG and received wonderful care. It was quick, friendly and everyone was very helpful. Thank you!
Post-surgery documents did not include instructions on incisions care or about bathing or cleanliness at home. I used MY Chart to msg the Dr. and never received a reply. I call the main Ph. number, talked to the receptionist, was told that Dr. Gsewaldo's staff would be advised. Never received a callback.
My husband and I use Lovelace hospital in Albuquerque New Mexico regularly and we are truly impressed on their Care for people. We are pleased with the care that we get at Lovelace Hospital. They have the best Doctors in the country. We are for ever grateful to our provider Dr. E. Rodriguez. Thanks again
Dr. Gonzalez and Lauren are the best! I've seen many doctors and none of them ever cared about my well-being like Dr. Gonzalez and Lauren do. I will never go anywhere else but to them for my care!!
Wife was the patient…been in pain non stop for quite some time. I finally reached out to my Primary who would only suggest an OTC gel. When I took one of my husbands 800 mg ibuprofen and it actually helped but I can’t take NSAIDS, I Desperately reached out to a teledoc…who I was hoping could prescribe me the equivalent in something else I could take, but she was just as unhelpful and said she would put in an RX for the same gel that was 3% versus OTC 1%. This was April 25 and the RX never got PUT in…then after weeks of back and forth on portal with primary’s nurse practitioner an RX was put in and by 6/2 it was finally determined by Insurance due to RX NOT FDA approved and not recognize for pain it was denied! Wow, really, shouldn’t my doctor know these things?!? On May 24 I went to a pain management specialist who touched me once and determined it was probably arthritis but would submit an approval for injections that would indicate what was causing the pain. You would think they would take this matter seriously and do something like take X-rays and prescribe something for the pain. It’s now June 11 and still no follow up from Pain management. Im now trying to get help from NM ortho who at least prescribed a muscle spasm medication and took X-rays and scheduled MRI’s. I hate the lack of concern from all I have dealt with, especially dealing with constant pain. Important side note…..the pain management visit where nothing was even done is charging a $220 facility charge, what a joke! As well as the $30 teledoc charge that nothing was done. We will be filing a complaint and disputing charges.Wife was the patient…been in pain non stop for quite some time. I finally reached out to my Primary who would only suggest an OTC gel. Horrible place to have your wife give birth. My wife went into labor in May 29th. The staff that evening were great. However, the midwife that handled our baby’s delivery was not. They never bothered to look at our birth plan and we asked multiple times since we had a copy on hand, I told them I wanted to cut the umbilical cord and the midwife did it instead and just said “oops”. She completely stole that memory from me and didn’t even seem to care. I had told the midwife I didn’t want to see any of the birth and be up near my wife holding her hand since I can’t handle blood and wanted to sit; she told me that wasn’t an option basically and couldn’t have a chair there and I ended up helping the nursing staff out as if I was a paid employee. My wife had a second degree tear and needed a lot of stitches. They immediately sat her up after stitching her, which they shouldn’t have, while she was attempting to nurse our baby. She immediately got sick, threw up, and passed out while holding our child. There was only one even in the room and she wasn’t even paying attention. I thought she had a seizure and ended up taking the baby so the staff could focus on my wife. We ended up having worse and worse issues with the staff throughout the 4 days there. The first night after she gave birth, the evening nurse was rude and made my wife feel awful about not being able to produce enough to breastfeed which made my wife not even want to attempt it. The lactation consultants were not helpful and only stayed for a few moments. The woman who performed the ECHO on my wife made a snarky comment about how I wasn’t concerned about my wife passing out and almost losing her, I was more concerned about having to take care of our newborn. We have already discussed how we will never have any procedures done here again!!! Horrible bedside manner, horrible way to treat first time parents, horrible experience!!! Oh, and they started calling 2 days later for payment… what a joke! I’ll be waiting for a paycheck for all the work I did to assist with my wife’s labor… since I didn’t get to enjoy any of my son’s birth or cut his cord….Horrible place to have your wife give birth. Excellent care and service from A-Z
WORST HOSPITAL! My mom had a stroke and received no care and was sent home to die. Amazingly she is doing well now that she is home. The nurses did not care for her, and after only a few days she had already developed bed sores. She was also supposed to get an MRI but of course that didn't happen either.TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE...Do not send your loved one to this hospital. They are only get one star because that is the only way I can 'post' the comment, otherwise they wouldn't even get a star.WORST HOSPITAL! Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
