Ms. Chan was the MOST efficient and pleasant eye doctor that I have ever worked with! I have astigmatism and am hard to fit. She was patient with me as I went through the various lenses to eventually end up with what she had me in first. Her office staff was always kind and helpful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her!

My first and last visit to Dr. Chan's office a few weeks ago was disappointing to say the least. I had a good exam with the Dr. Chan but her office staff was rude and unfriendly from the moment I walked in the door. I didn't receive the lenses I wanted in my new frames because the women that took the order failed to clarify the specific add-ons that I requested. When I asked to change them I was told that it had been too many days since I'd picked them up so the lab wouldn't do it, even though I was still within the 30 day return period. Don't waste your time or money here, there are far better options in Albuquerque that treat their customers with respect by making sure they are satisfied with their products.

Amazing practice, with great care. Had a piece of metal burn my eye and left a rust ring. Dr. Chan took great care in removing and cleaning the rust out of my eye and inspecting for any other damage. She wrote me a scrip made a follow-up appointment and I was on my way.Thank you.

The WORST!!!!!!!!!!! Made an appointment to pick up glasses, No one ever answered the phone. I knocked on the door, nothing!!! I followed the directions to call/text when I arrived at 1, and no one ever even checked to see if their 1 oclock appointment had even arrived. It was not until another customer knocked on the door, then they answered. When the person handed me the glasses, she didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! I will NEVER do business with a business that does NOT even appreciate my support!!!!!! The WORST customer service EVER!!!!!!! I didn't even want to give the 1 star!!!!!

Helped us with eye conversion therapy. We were happy to find an alternative to surgery for strabius (lazy eye).

Excellent service, and a thorough visit. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye doc. I hadn't had an eye exam since childhood but recently noticed I was having some issues driving at night. They gave me a few tests and explained the whole process to me. I felt much less freaked out after Dr. Chan walked me through everything.

A few years ago my vision was getting hazy. At first I thought I just needed new glasses but I went to two other doctors and neither of them could get rid of the haze. One of them sent me to a special ophthalmologist who did a series of fancy scans but he couldn’t find what was wrong either. I can’t even begin to explain how scared I was - I was only 35 and my eyesight was going cloudy and nobody could tell me what was happening! I don’t know how I found Dr. Chan but thank God I did. She found the problem during my first appointment. I don’t remember what she called it but basically it was like I had a bunch tiny holes in my corneas? She prescribed some medicine and after a few weeks it went away completely. It’s too late to say long story short but I can see again! After two other optometrists and an ophthalmologist all missing the problem, and months of worrying that I was losing my eyesight, I 100% believe Dr. Chan saved my vision. Also...I didn’t want to start with this but my father is a retired optometrist. (My dad knew exactly what it was when I told him what Dr. Chan said.) It’s a little snotty to say this but I’ve been pretty spoiled my whole life when it comes to my eye doctor. Even without the whole “she saved my eyesight” episode I’d give her 5 stars. Both of my parents have started going to her and they really like her too.

I saw her dad Dr Chan when I was a kid!! He was great eye doc and now his daughter is just as great!! Sometimes the front office isn't so great answering phones and it's a small office but honestly it's all worth it!!! Dr Chan is great!!!

Dr. Chan and staff are always wonderful. I would highly recommend!

Reception staff VERY friendly and professional; wait time minimal. Dr.Chan was friendly and patient with my concerns regarding a past prescription that was not right and gave me eye contact that you don't always get these days from health care providers. Definitely recommend Dr. Chan and her optometry team!
