I received extremely poor service and attitude from this service provider and his staff (Josette Rivera). Never received a proper Diagnosis from Doctor nor did he provide proper Pain Management for my medical Condition. Crawford is also an PAID Insurance company Doctor who falsifies medical reports for them in exchange for money. Josette should be FIRED for being Grossly Incompetent, Clueless, Dishonest and for having a very bad attitude. Would never recommend this Clown to anyone, if you’re referred to him do yourself favor and find a different Doctor. If you had a bad experience with him, report him to the Medical Board of Physicians.

Dr Crawford fused C5 - C7 for me 3 years ago. The surgery was very successful. He's a kind, caring and thorough Dr. A good choice

Dr. Crawford is great at what he does, and i wouldnt trust another spine surgeon the way i do, him.

Dr. Crawford is an ok doc. Listens to you, however his nurse Josette, is horrid. My accident lawyer has sent several emails to her, as he was told to do by Dr. Crawford, and she refuses to pass them along to the doctor impeding a legal process and creating more problems for the patients. Everything has to go through her and he is completely oblivious to the problems she creates, and when he gets subpoenaed to court he's going to ask why this is the first he's heard about it. Don't go to him.

This Dr sent me to pt within 1 min of his visit. Did not know what my condition was. Then set me up for spinal block with his colleague at ABQ. Please if you have ABQ get second opinion ABQ is the worst health care provider. There Dr's Don't know what they're doing.
