I've been a patient of Dr. Pupiales for 10 years now. He and his staff are always friendly and professional. When I first walked into his office in 2010 I couldn't walk or stand up straight. My quality of life was horrible at 26 years old. Within the next couple of visits I was walking straight and my quality of life had greatly improved. I would recommend Dr. Pupiales to anyone needing quality, professional care.

I'm 57 years old and a Air Force veteran with 31 years of service. I flew approximately 6000 hours including 180 combat coded sorties directly supporting Special Forces. It has been 1 year since I first walked into Dr Pupiales's clinic and I have accomplished more medically in 1 year than the last 10. Dr Pupiales has improved my functionality and wellness while reducing medication. My health journey started in 2000 when I received my first MRI for back pain to the point of not being able get off the floor. Through multiple deployments I suffered chronic spine related pain with minimal relief from 3 back procedures and medication. After meticulous review of my blood panels, MRI's and spine injection evaluation, Dr Pupiales coordinated surgery with Dr Lebl at the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York. This year I have had a neck surgery and returned 2 moths later to HSS for a back surgery. Dr Pupiales and staff provided laser, biowave and physical therapy. I can now ride my motorcycle, jog on my treadmill and ride my 3 wheel bicycle. I have gone from a life of chronic pain to being very optimistic for the future.

I would highly recommend Dr. Pupiales. He treated my knee condition (a result of a motorcycle accident) such that I felt relieved of a good portion of pain, and mentally relieved because I was now on a path of treatment that I was confident in.

Dr. Pupiales is excellent at what he does, that is pain management. He believes in trying everything possible (injections, radiofrequency etc) to prevent surgery and believes in Holistic approach to help manage as well.
