New Mexico Family Clinic Llc's Online Review Report Card

This is the most unprofessional, incompetent doctors office in this state. Carla being one of the worst in the entire industry. They will not answer phone calls for any reason, even if it is another healthcare professional calling them. You will have to call them every day if you need a medication refilled. They will not call you back for important results. They will not listen to your issues, especially as a young adult. They will most likely misdiagnose you until you push them to find answers. They would rather overmedicate you than find out the root causes. The best part is when you go to the state, they will fire you as a patient. They have been reported to the medical board. I was with this family clinic for 4 years with barely any improvement to my health, switched clinics and they worked to resolve everything for me in one visit.

THE WORST DOCS IN TOWN. DOESN'T CARE ABOUT PATIENT CARE AT ALL. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! Absolutely horrible practice. Receptionist is very rude, argumentative and not helpful in any way. One provider left and all they did was send out an email saying she was no longer practicing 3 weeks prior to her leaving and wouldn't even call in prescription refills to give patients time to find another provider. I have never just been dropped like that with not consideration for my physical or mental health. IF YOU WANT A DOC THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING DO NOT GO HERE!!

I really love the inviting (less corporate) atmosphere at NM Family Clinic. The environment is welcoming and Carla Franco is so friendly and genuinely cares. I have had the indications of an autoimmune disease (Hashimotos) for several years, and through Carla Franco’s recommendations, got on an anti inflammatory diet for my Hashimotos. I went back after several months and got lab work done, the results were that the antibodies are no longer present in my body! We were able to stop the triggers for my immune response. I am so thankful to Carla Franco.

Nurse practitioner was great. Ordered some studies. Front desk reception, a young male was totally incompetent. Months later, still no study has been done since the front desk was supposed to set it up. I had to find another provider. He never answered the phone. The clinic message literally states that he is busy with too many calls and if you don’t get a call back within 48 hours, go ahead and call back. You can call back and no one will answer anyways. Then, I received a bill that stated I was past due for payment. It was the first time I had seen the bill!I just called the front desk receptionist is now a new person named Angela. She answered the phone and took my payment. She said she is keeping a list of people who have been mistakenly billed. When I complained about the other receptionist, she kept apologizing and stated he is now going to school and will be there a lot less. Thanks goodness because he is completely incompetent. Anyways, great nurse practitioner if you can get past the front desk incompetence.

I am very impressed by the level of care I received at this clinic. Ryan at the front desk is truly a gem. Lydia, Samantha’s assistant, makes you feel right at home & welcome. Samantha truly listened to all of my concerns, and addressed them all professionally, thoroughly, and compassionately. I’ve had one visit, but have already recommended them to my friends and family.

I am not (yet) a patient of this clinic, however, the gentleman at the front desk who took my call was incredibly kind and patient with me and made calls to his billing department and my insurance company on my behalf when I haven't even given this clinic any business! I have never had any of my established provider offices do these kinds of things for me. It speaks volumes about the practice they run, especially in such harried and difficult times.

Great care and have put me on a great health plan. Medical staff actually care and listen.

I am very Happy here, I feel like I am a person not just a body to be giving a script to after a 10 minute conversation.

Dr.Samantha and her assistant Lydia are very professional. Dr. Samantha really pays attention to your needs. Their is another side to Lydia that makes your visit so enjoyable due to her sense of humor. I am new to the Albuquerque area so i picked them at random. I could not be any happier with my choice. I have been twice to their office and i feel like i have know them both for years. Thank you both.

The lady’s are amazing but never answer the phone witch sucks when you really need to talk to someone about an issue
