I went to first choice 1231candelaria and saw Dr Ogas, and he calls himself a Dr what a disappointing experience while you are talking to him he is on his laptop. not even looking at me while I am telling him the reason I am there. very dismissive. and the girls at the front desk unprofessional rude do not even waste your time with this hole in a wall for a clinic. Good luck.

Worst clinic I have ever been at . Psychiatrist left with no notification couldn’t refill my rx’s then was told I need to re establish. Juanita who does appointments has not called me back to schedule for over a week. Everyone who promises to call back does not. Even manager lied and said she would help and would call back with more info same day. It has been 3 days no call back. Was just transferred to her by another rep and she sent me to voicemail even though she knew I was being transferred to her. These people are all liars and I would not recommend coming here. I don’t understand how these people are even in business. Especially dealing with peoples health.

Bathroom and exam rooms are not clean. Especially the bathroom where they ask u to go leave specimens. 😕

Sent away multiple times without even letting me speak. Was referred to a surgery that has crippled me, and now they will not help me fix it. Hopefully I can sue for malpractice.

I showed up to the Building Make an appointment so that I can get ahold of my medical records so thy set me up for a Tele visit and never got a call from doctor so disappointed I've trying to get ahold of the doctor for over 2 weeks not recommended at all to anyone that needs it for something important in the situation.

I enjoy the first choice, going in,but they need to work on when you call in for appointment or the nurse s station,they say there's so many calls that to try back later,it's so frustrating

Mateo Seifert is probably the best general practitioner I’ve ever been to. He is knowledgeable, thorough and listens to you and is never dismissive, which is much different than what I’ve experienced with a lot of other medical professionals. I can’t say much about the clinic itself but I’ve always been seen really quickly and never really had to wait very long.
