We’ve been with Dr. Blacksten for about 7 years now. She is, as another reviewer has said, practical, as well as human, caring, and down-to-earth. As you might expect, her staff are wonderful, too. Case in point: we left Dr. Blacksten’s office after a visit where a lot of progress was made in dealing with my husband’s illness, and I left my husband’s glasses at the office. Diana drove out to our apartment to bring them to us. Sonya is awesome and caring, too, and unflappable. This is a fantastic practice with fantastic people. We’re very happy to be Dr. Blacksten’s patients!

Let me tell you, I have avoid visiting the doctors unless I absolutely need it as none of my experiences have ever been pleasant. However, this all changed after I visited this practice. Getting an appt was easy. I got two friendly reminders of my appt one at 1 week prior and one a day before . My check in was the smoothest with the amazing friendly staff and my appt started right at 1pm as it was scheduled , not a second late. I was in and out in 40 minutes on a woman annual exam. Dr Cheri is absolutely wonderful. This is what healthcare should be like and hopefully other doctors can take a lesson from this practice. Love this place and I am so glad I found it.
