Optum Juan Tabo's Online Review Report Card

I had an appointment scheduled for 11/24 and it was suddenly cancelled. I rescheduled for 4/25 and now get another notification that it cancelled again. Dr. Ulibarri apparently doesn't really care for his patients and will cancel all the time. This is not the first time my appointment has been cancelled. It seems to happen all the time with this office and doctor.

If I could give this place zero stars or negative stars I would I set up an appointment with Dr Cabral 6 months ago and I get a call less than 24 hours before my appointment stating that she's not accepting new patients. I canceled a trip with my daughter to Phoenix this weekend and have been waiting 6 months. I will never step foot into your establishment ever again absolute horrible customer service.

The customer service is pretty much non-existent. After spending over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone, I decided to hang up. If you really need assistance with anything, you may want to consider going with another care giver.

Excellent administration, highly skilled medical staff, clean facilities

3 years in a row my primary physician has quit and I have been given no notice. You all stopped prescribing my medication because I didn’t see you within 1 year but you all did not notify me my PP quit and that my appointment got cancelled, resulting in a 4 month wait. My hormonal imbalance due to not getting my medication took AN ENTIRE YEAR to get back to normal. This year, I learned my lesson and called way early to ensure my appointment was set up. Surprise surprise, my PP quit again. Ok cool, no problem. A week later, get a call my new PP needs to move my appointment. 2 weeks later, I get another call that my appointment for tomorrow is cancelled but because it was pushed out, my new doctor(or who was supposed to be) is no longer taking any new patience so I can no longer go to my location of choice. Whoever is running this place is a disgrace. Not just this location. ALL OF OPTUM IS TRASH. DO NOT COME HERE

Horrible customer service on my phone call. Transfered 3 times when all I wanted to do was leave a message concerning a patient we share 👎

Another first and last Optum visited. Upon entering, new patients are met with 2 directions to proceed; neither clearly visible or marked. To the Right is the pharmacy and a secondary waiting room for other practitioners, and through the glass doors is checkin for seeing other practitioners. Not easily identified by new patients. Reception seems more pleasant to interact with compared to other locations. Was supposed to see an NP to establish a PCP and test current issues. Rita, she had no idea why I was there, mocked me when bringing up family med history, didn’t listen, gaslit, and prescribed a medication I not only couldn't take (because of dietary issues she never bothered to discuss) but also both agreed wasn't needed considering previous prescriptions and current observations. Quality of life is negatively impacted by medical issues that continue due to terrible patient approach. Cannot recommend.

Horrible place to go for health care. I had an appt. Optum rescheduled it twice, with the 2nd time being 3 months later. I ened up seeing a visiting Dr. She prescibed me something that I am allergic to. Despite numerous emails through the ap, and waiting on the phone for 20 minutes, I still haven’t been able to get an alternate prescription (one that won’t kill me). Avoid this place if you have choice at all.

I waited for well over a year to see a provider. I have 4 stents and are diabetic. The woman I saw is anything but a Dr. She repeatedly told me she could fill prescriptions and had no time for paperwork . I made the mistake and asked for help or direction to get on disability. She was extremely put out and spoke to me like I was ignorant. I have had insurance for over 60 of my 62 years. I have seen homeless people treated better . I am sorry that this is representing what Optum can off!!
