Doctors are great but you have to go through the horrible help at check in. Almost entirely impossible to call to schedule an appointment. Hopefully changes happen soon otherwise I will be looking for another primary care facility
What a circus this place is.
Visit was a headache. Won't be going back
My wife and I tested positive for Covid. So we called our PCP at this optum office. The nurse, who was the only one they would let us talk to, told us that only one Dr. there prescribes Paxlovid and he was out of the office, so they couldn't help us. She advised us to go to urgent care. So with all the doctors there, NO ONE can prescribe an antiviral?? What kind of medical office is this? Plus, the nurse we talked didn't bother to tell us that pharmacists can prescribe Paxlovid. She seemed totally unconcerned with our pain and suffering with this disease. Was she just trying to get rid of us (terrible customer service ), or was she that incompetent? Time to get another PCP.
I've gone to this practice for more than 20 years. My pcp retired and I received no notice. I'm trying to reach someone at the clinic and called to schedule an appointment. I'm currently on hold--14 minutes so far. Time to find a new provider.
I had my first visit with Sonya Walsh CNP last Friday. I was so impressed how pleasant and kind she was. She really took her time with me and listened to my concerns. I had been suffering for many years with sinus headaches and discomfort. She checked my sinuses and was able to prescribe some nasal sprays and I have now experienced relief. Ms. Walsh was very thorough in her exam and was able to address other concerns and questions I had on other health matters. I am almost 80 years old, and she is one of the very best health professionals that I have ever met in my life. I highly recommend her!!!!
My son Brandon was seen by Sonya Walsh and she changed his life. He was on dated medication from being diagnosed with seizures from having spinal meningitis. He was sleeping all the time and had gained over 40 pounds of weight on the medication. Ms. Walsh saw him and changed his medication. Also she helped us get an appointment with a specialist. On the new medication that Ms. Walsh prescribed, we saw our son awake and was able to lose the weight he gained. He was then able to study and take the MCAT. He is now in his first year of medical school, and is considering family practice as a result of Ms. Walsh’s example. Cannot be thankful enough to Ms.Walsh for her professionalism and kindness, and insight to helping our son. Our son is currently off all medication and we are eternally grateful.
Unable to hire and keep good providers since late 2000's. Used to have 6 -9 providers. Now down to 3. Only use as a last resort.
I normally wouldn’t write a review, but I would like to save people from the frustration I have gone through with my provider (NP, Walsh) and the facility. I’ve even considered seeking legal help because of the way I was treated by my provider and this facility. Physicians should be held accountable and have high moral standards but if that is what you are looking for this is not the place to make an appointment. This office has been the worst experience you could ask for in treatment in terms of communication, respect, patient duties and ethics/morals. I have been a patient here for 5 years, and my newest doctor of 3 years lied and tried to say I used profanity towards her when I never even was able to get ahold of her (which I called and messaged through the portal with no replies from her just the MA). Just because I held them accountable to do their job. Each time I needed a refill on my medication for my mental health (for ADHD) I would give notice about 5 days before I would run out. I know these things take time and never expected it done immediately but I have waited up to two weeks, already being out of medication. I spoke to the onsite supervisor who, at first, seemed to care and thought issue was resolved but of course they must look out for their doctors who are putting money in their pockets, the business pockets regardless of if the patient is getting unethical treatment. I just hope that someone reviews her as a doctor and no patients are affected by her negligent practices or the sites employees as I have gone through. I have even seen how other patients were scared to speak up because they were treated similar so if I have seen multiple posts like this it must be a bigger problem that needs to get investigated immediately.
I honestly don’t know why the reviews are so low. Everybody we have interacted with here has always been very friendly, especially Ryan Asher! He’s my mom’s primary doctor and he always makes sure she’s well taken care of. Not only is he super professional, but he’s also very humorous and knows how to make us all laugh. I don’t recall ever having a negative experience here.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
