Reordered my meds prior to the weekend. Went in on Friday early to pharmacy and pharmacy called Presbyterian before noon. 3:30 pharmacy called to say Dr. went home for the weekend. Think about that before choosing this place. Now I'll need an urgent care visit. Not at Presbyterian.

Family medicine on Wyoming is the best I absolutely love Dr. Procell she really does care and she knows her stuff. I wouldnt want another primary doctor. Thank you so much Dr.Procell and her staff ❤️

Our family has been patients of this practice for several years now. In a word their responsiveness & accuracy has declined during that period. Very sad to us. The last 3x I have tried to get them to prescribe my Rx (after they agreed I should have it) has taken a full day or two to get it right. Last 2x they sent it to wrong pharmacy -mail order, though in our discussion they asked & were told local (because it was time-sensitive). When THEY make a clerical error like that, they have to send it BACK for Dr. approval, which has taken at least the rest of that day! Required me to make multiple phone calls to check& correct, creating unnecessary drama & stress. Every time I got a different person! WORST PROCESS EVER! C'mon, really no excuse! Fix it!!!

The worst care Ever! If that’s what you even want to call it very rude in’s pathetic to your care needs! Customer service horrible and the Guy named Samuel the worst he refused to give the Dr, message was argued with me for everything if I was to give advice do not come here they dont care ur just a number or a problem is how they treat people in need of care!!!!!
