Staff at the desk is friendly. Communication with the doctors, not so much, especially when they tell you one thing and put another on your chart. Attempting to reach them later gets you an attitude even if you're in distress. This is one of several issues with Presbyterian emergency and urgent care services, at this point you'd have to drag me in. I'm going somewhere else, I don't want to have to worry about if they actually care.

I love Pres., especially compared to Optum. Dr Gina Miller and staff are a Godsend. Professional and. Compassionate- a perfect combination.

Literally cannot get an appointment with my PCP until march. Why bother paying for health insurance when you can never use it. Only ever worth anything for urgent care.

My grandmother's primary care doctor, Doctor Schwartz is a lovely woman and very attentive to her needs however that is not why I'm writing this review today my grandmother just got out of a 9-day hospital stay and she had to do a follow up here unfortunately Doctor Schwartz wasn't available and so we were stuck with a nurse practitioner by the name of Tara Gardner and she was extremely rude to my grandmother talking to her in a condescending tone about certain things and outside of doing the bare minimum that her job required she seemed to be in a hurry to get out of there and didn't care about my grandmother not just a problem with her in particular it seems to be a problem with Presbyterian as a whole lately hiring doctors with no bedside manner and doctors who don't treat their patients with any respect seriously Presbyterian get your shit together and remind your doctors they work for us not the other way around and to start treating their patients with more respect.

I was already running behind for my appointment, waited several minutes to be acknowledge to check- in, just for a another lady to come in after me and she was immediately acknowledge. That caused me to be later. Therefore, causing me to need to reschedule. I told her I was actually standing waiting and was here before the other lady. She was nonchalant about it and no apology. Teach your staff to apologize and to ask can I help the next person inline, otherwise it comes of discriminatory. Yes, the lady that came in after me should have acknowledge that I was next. I'll take this as a sign that you’re not the right fit for me. I'll find another doctor outside of Presbyterian.

Love Dr Keller, he's been my children's pediatrician for going on 16 years. I will say after having to use your facilities to change my newborn's diaper the other day, the changing table was disgusting, absolutely never cleaned. Please talk to your housekeepers

Sleep Medicine - all the staff in this clinic are wonderful. Kind, friendly and helpful. Nurse Practitioner Brittany Hanlon is beyond fantastic. She never dismisses any of my concerns or questions. She is always open to exploring new ideas and opportunities to help me. She genuinely cares and is trying to get me better. I have a complicated case and she hasn't given up on me. I appreciate her efforts to exhaust all possibilities.

I have been a Presbyterian Medical Group member for 10 years. I am covered both by Medicare (through Presbyterian's senior care HMO) and through my federal employee health insurance (Presbyterian HMO). I have been battling with PMG for 2 years to get someone to sort our their mistake with my insurance. This morning a received an e-mail that I owe $411, which is not true. PMG had billed my secondary insurance for the balance, rather than billing Medicare as primary. I have spoken to 12 people over the past few months. I'm told the problem has been resolved, and yet the next time I receive care at PMG, there is an issue. I don't understand why somebody somewhere some time cannot sort this out. It's extremely frustrating to have to go through this routine every.single.time.

We've had such a wonderful experience with this pediatric department. My son has been a patient with Dr. James Bruce for 8 years. He's knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful in care chioces and suggestions, and has a thorough interest in the kids' all-around health. Also, his nurse Tammy is *incredible* (kind and the best with vaccines). We trek across town to keep Dr. Bruce as my son's doctor - totally worth it.
