Saw her for the 1st time today. My wife and a few friends have been raving about her. I must say I walked out feeling the best I have fealt about a primary care physician in many years. Very thorough, professional and really cares about her patients. Very happy she is my new PCP.

Dr. Rodriguez is a very good reliable Physician, I have a Special Needs Uncle who is her patient n she takes her time with him n is so caring n makes sure he is treated well. She is an Amazing Doctor,

I just established with him and it was probably the worst mistake ever. He prescribed a medication but couldn’t follow through on the prior authorization so now I’m not on any medication. My insurance and pharmacy have reached out multiple times (I have proof) and they haven’t gotten a response. His staff doesn’t follow through as well, I’ve called multiple times to tell them the issue over the span of 3 weeks and nothings been resolved and my current meds ran out. Going to establish with a provider who actually cares about their patients getting their prescriptions in a timely manner. This doctor & staff do NOT follow through please go to someone else! I should’ve read these reviews prior to establishing because I would not have gone to him.

Awful experience with this provider. No response, lack of follow-up/continuity of care, CONSTANT prescription issues. Been with them for two years however, there has been no improvement, only excuses. Now that I have a serious health issue, I can no longer afford their mistakes or inefficiencies.

Can't get a hold of him when you need him. Takes to much time to refill prescriptions. Does not return phone calls. Does not follow through.

Dr. Rodriguez-Lugo is a caregiver that is truly concerned with her patient's. She makes you feel like your visit to her is not going to be a waste of time. She listens to you and works with you so together you can get your problem solved. My husband and I both trust her with our health. We are very fortunate to have her as our PCP.
