I am very pleased with Royal Medical. The girls up front are very helpful, personable and kind. The doctor always takes her time with me making sure of my needs. She is excellent at what she does. They also offer plans where you pay monthly, making it affordable.

Avoid like the plague, you’ll thank me. Tattoo removal, weight loss and injectables. I’ve tried a lot of med spa for different things. Everything thing about this one is a red flag. They ruined my skin. It may be cheaper but you get what you paid for. I learned my lesson. Edit: I did tell you when I was getting my tattoo sessions and showed you the picture of my 3rd degree burns and you told me that was normal and continued my sessions. Now my arm still has the tattoo and burn scars so I can’t cover it. I went to another med spa for weight loss and they told me that I should be getting the vials not pre filled syringes. But that some med spas do pre filled because compounding pharmacies add a bit more for error and some med spas want to take advantage of that. And as the filler my aunt went and her lips are crooked and have lumps. I can post a photo of my horrendous burn for everyone to see if you’d like. I went to another tattoo removal and showed them and they told me it is not normal. I did everything right. So don’t blame your clients saying it’s because they put it in the sun.

Great customer service. The Dr is really nice and so is the staff of the office. Everyone is great here. The prices are fair compared to all competition around. Plus they have options to save you money. They also offer all the different options available when it comes to services you want -so you have choices. I’ve been here twice in the past 6 months and both times it was great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Massive disappointment. Poor results. Overpriced. Do not go here for a facial peel. I've gotten them for years in several different states and medical spas and always paid less and gotten fantastic results. This one didn't work at all and I paid far too much for basically nothing. I feel cheated...I was cheated, in all honesty. However, just because I was taken advantage of and given a poor quality treatment you don't have to. Avoid this place please. You'll be glad you did. Find someone reputable that either has better products (check in advance) or has trained techs who know what they're doing. As I said, a massive disappointment and frankly, a suspect business.
